OK, Let's start off with that I am 69 years old and order the exact same pizza every time. Alright I ordered my pizza's from crisp due to the reviews that I my grandkids gave me. I live on the Wrentham/Franklin line, so I drove there, picked it up , drove home and opened them up AND THEY WERE NOT THE PIZZA's THAT I ORDRED. Called them up told them they gave me someone else's order. "No, that's what you ordered? We will make you 2 more if you'd like to come back. Was their response. No I said I will be back next week remember me and took down the employee's name. Called a week later told them what happened , they owe me 2 pizza's , no charge placed the order, drove there and they told me NO they are charging me , do I still want them? Upset , told them that was totally wrong but My wife & I were hungry, so unwillingly said OK. 20 min later I got the pizza's. They were $8.40 cheaper than the week before (because they had the right toppings on them this time). They were real good but the company has lost my business due to their screw up and how they didn't handle it. AMAZING FOR $23.00 THEY LOST MY $46.00 PER WEEK ORDER (I have pizza twice a week) for the rest of my life. I guess they can afford losing my $2400 per year. Sorry to rant but I've been in customer service since 1974 and this is unacceptable. read more

Very rare to find a place with not only good food, but excellent service. The rude, inexperienced and unorganized staff seemed to be the major complaint from friends around town, so I was hesitant to try Crisp. We decided to give them a shot. A young man named Travis answered the phone and was very patient with our larger order. After expressing our concerns he assured us we'd be well taken care of and upon arriving we were able to talk to him for a few minutes. He was polite, friendly and extremely well spoken. Everything was hot, fresh and SO tasty. He talked us into getting desserts(Montilios!!!) and it was the perfect finish to a great meal. My family can't wait to order again! read more

A few days before the party, I reached out to increase our guest count and asked for an updated invoice. They sent me an invoice for $127 three separate times, which I paid on the due date, 7/25. Since they already had my credit card information and Square was only showing the $127 invoice, I assumed that was the remaining balance. The day of the party, they were supposed to arrive at 12pm. At 12:15, there was still no truck, so I checked my email to figure out what was going on. That's when I saw three emails from that morning asking me to pay an outstanding balance, sent just a few hours apart. I was very confused because, as far as I knew, I had paid what I had been invoiced for. I then realized they had cancelled our catering entirely and kept our $600 deposit. At no point did anyone call or text me before cancelling an event for 60 people. I called the number listed on our contract and initially reached someone who told me they had no idea what I was talking about because they were a different part of the company. At that point I was obviously extremely upset... I had 60 people at my house and no food coming. The catering manager eventually called me, and we had a heated conversation that I felt was unnecessarily rude and condescending. I'll fully acknowledge that there was clearly a miscommunication somewhere and that I should have read the contract more carefully. But I've worked with plenty of vendors and have never experienced something like this. If there was an issue with a significant outstanding payment the morning of a large event, I would have expected someone to pick up the phone and call or text before cancelling the entire thing, especially after we had been communicating directly leading up to the party. Ultimately, I lost my $600 deposit and had to spend another $700 on last-minute takeout to feed our family and guests. I understand that there was a miss on both sides, but I'm incredibly disappointed in how the cancellation and communication were handled. It put a really sad mark on what should have been a happy day celebrating my son's fourth birthday. I obviously can't speak to the food because we never received it, but based on my experience, I would not recommend their catering services at all.
