My job frequently orders from here. The food is solid -- okay at best. While the pizzas taste decent, they can often be a bit salty and greasy. I wanted to give Crisp Pizzeria another opportunity because I live close by and I love mushrooms, but honestly this is the last time I order from them. I ordered the "stuffed mushroom pizza" and got a dry pizza with burnt mushrooms and no stuffing in the middle -- they just put crushed crackers on it. It honestly wasn't worth the price at all, and it's overpriced. It's just a regular mushrooms dry pizza with cookies in the top Please get your pizza somewhere else because it's not special anymore. Went here for the first time and things started out great. We ordered a couple of drinks and put in our appetizers (wings and fries) and pizza. Drinks were good, the pizza came out before the appetizers. The wings came out, but no fries, server didn't put them in. We took a bite of the wings and they were a little to pink for my liking. We sent them back, we we're told they were cooked for 30 minutes so they should be fine. Not sure we're anyone cooks wings for 30 minutes. Fries finally came out. By that point we were pretty much done with our pizza. We asked for them to be taken off as we were already done, they took so long to come out. The second woman who helped us rolled her eyes, grabbed the fries and threw them in the trash. She then slammed the plate in the bin with the dishes (And I am not exaggerating). We were totally caught off guard with that. We were being as pleasant as possible and understood things happen. But with that behavior it totally is unacceptable. The girl taking the orders was amazing although she seemed very overwhelmed. several people came in and made their orders and the girl them that it would take a little bit longer because they had a few catering orders to attend to. 15 minutes passed and we still didn't have our pizza. Fantastic discovery thanks to a recommendation. Lots of baked goods on offer that you can pick up there but what they're really known for is there pizza and by golly is it good. It is by no means healthy so be prepared for a oh so delicious greasy pizza! The crust is very crisp with a fantastic crunch to it and the cheese combination they use is fantastic. If you are a bacon lover you HAVE to have it added. Instead of the typical strips of bacon they have chunks of bacon (seems to me its from an uncut block of bacon) which is thick and hearty. Definitely a game changer! The classic cheese is of course great but if you like pineapple on your pizza (as I do...yes haters gonna hate) then definitely add bacon to it to really balance out the flavors! If I recall a Hawaiian pizza with added bacon was around $13.99 as of 11/20 which isn't cheap but for the flavor your get I think it's worth it. Check this place out if you're in the area! read more

So after seeing all the ads, and looking at the menu I finally took the plunge and got to Crisp. I absolutely love bar pizza, so I was very hopeful. I got the bacon cheeseburger pizza. Great flavor! In my opinion it could have used more cheese but there is a ton of toppings and great flavor. I got the cowboy salad for my wife and she loved it. She said you can tell they made it fresh. So I will definitely be back to eat it in the restaurant as I think the bottom got a bit soggy in the 25 minute car ride home. But I will definitely be back to try other pizzas!! read more

Would frequent crisp every couple weeks. Pizza is consistent 8/10 ( cheese, pepperoni , pepper onion are the ones I rotate through also a fan of the tenders, and salad, their desserts also although they are brought in from montillios ( spelling ) However, place is pretty rundown / dirty . Tables are always filthy, have tried to visit times for lunch and doors are locked even though times on doors state they should be open ? Prices have become pretty outrageous also . 11 for a cheese is ok , but 1 topping and it's 14$ for an individual pie? Cmon ! And tenders were 16$ for 6/7 pieces with 4 of them basically cut in half, meaning small enough that it's was just a bite no cutting required . This place is a complete joke. Crisp needs to hire counter help that is not completely unqualified to deal with paying customers. Young man behind the counter is an incompetent boob who can't even manage to get the pizzas from the kitchen 4 feet away, to the customer even though he only has 1 thing to do. Kid sits on the phone the entire time, he even had his head laying on the actual counter with his face stuck in his phone. When i called him on it, he told me to "never come back". Well, i have taken his advice and Crisp will never get another dime of my money. I go out of my way to tell everyone i know not to patronize this terrible establishment. All of this for mediocre at best pizza served on dirty tables with not enough parking. Save your money, save your time, and save some self respect and do not go to Crisp. Not sure when they changed the recipe, but my pallet says they did. It used to be my favorite bar pizza but now it tastes very salty..too salty for my taste. I never put salt on anything so I can tell when it has changed. Also not a fan of the the auto tip process at the checkout either. read more

This is from the Walpole location. If you're looking for good service DO NOT order from here. First off I called and asked to place a delivery order which apparently they cant do over the phone. I placed the order online with no issue (less modification online for your food). After 1.5 hours I called Crisp to ask about my food and they said they gave it to the dasher and that it's out of their hands. 30 minutes later I call Crisp back looking for information again and they gave me an inactive phone number for the dasher and said there is nothing that they can do. I asked for the managers name and Selena (or Serina... I couldn't tell) said "You can call back tomorrow and they can tell you" and proceeded to hang up on me. Next I got on the phone with door dash. They attempted to contact Crisp to reach a resolution. I was told by the person I spoke to on door dash that as soon as they told the person at Crisp who it was they were hung up on. Not once but twice. I still can't comment on the food from here because I never got it but I can tell you that their system for delivery is unreliable and they will in no way shape or form help you. New eatin spot ! I loved this place. I walked in and the menu had sooo much I want the fried seafood platter but I saw steak tips and said yes. I also got mozzarella fried and they called the moons. The moons were fried great and so crispy and the cheese delicious also the dipping tomato sauce looks like plum tomato and was sweet I couldn't finish them and they are going home The steak tips were juicy rare / medium as I asked for them to be done. We really wanted to love this place (walpole location) but every time we order (EVERY TIME) there is an issue. The order takes three times longer than they tell you. The order is wrong. There is a kitchen fire. I get there to pick up and it's not ready and they tell me they are waiting on my pizza - I didn't order a pizza!! The quality of my food has been good, but the overall customer experience for the cost isn't worth it. I don't know the owner but my advice is stop relying on a crew of 16 year olds to run your restaurant ( every time I go in there that's the average age of the employees ) and work on the production time and accuracy of orders.
