I had to solve this issue on my own as the tech that runs the store did not know how to update the device software. Fast forward a week and the screen stopped working. I went back a third time, I left with the phone, but the fingerprint sensor is dead. They are clearly not expert techs, the owner manages things remotely. I would steer clear of this place.

Went into this location March 2023 to get a new SIM card for my iPhone as mine went bad. Come to find out on my next billing cycle that there was a new Samsung phone added to my account. Called AT&T to have this figured out. They immediately apologized and took the phone off my bill as I have never authorized adding another phone to my account. I am the only user and authorized user on my account. Every month for 8 months they add this Samsung phone bill to my account then take it off, just to add it again a week later. AT&T has done a thorough investigation on this matter and came to the conclusion that an employee bought himself a phone and added the bill to my account without my authorization. Told AT&T if they keep adding their employees phone to my bill, that I would pay off my phone and watch and leave AT&T. 8 months of dealing with this, I went into another store and paid off my $900 bill for my iPhone and Apple Watch and left their services. This Samsung phone is active under another account for service but I was stuck with the bill for the phone itself. I asked for whose account it was active under and they could not tell me due to privacy issues. Well if I'm paying for someone else's phone I'd like to know who this person is. I have done everything imaginable to have AT&T make things right and they choose not to. A year and a half later I still receive calls to collect payment for their employees phone. Can't believe after being a loyal customer for so many years they would do this to me. I was paying over $200 a month with AT&T, went to anther service and pay $45 a month now and have much better service. I'd like to hope I get my hundreds of dollars refunded for a phone I don't have, that they tried forcing me to pay for. I hope no one else falls victim to AT&T and their employees.

We are all upgrading phones for our family plan. Long story short, the manager Jose tells us he will throw in up to $400 worth of accessories for our new phones for free. This sounds too good to be true, so we all clarify with him several times that we will NOT be paying for these items, Jose confirms we will not be charged multiple times. Fast forward a month and my mother in law notices we had insurance added to all 4 phones without our permission, and this $400 worth of accessories was clearly put on our bill. We have spend hours on the phone and in person trying to rectify this and make it right, but Jose is somehow never available and "is at a different store" despite his employees admitting he is still the store manager. The employee working there admitted to my wife this is "not a clean store," and that their management tells the employees to do this kind of shady business. I'll be contacting corporate and the BBB this week. NEVER going here again, this place needs to be charged with fraud. Another customer in the store who overheard my wife complaining pulled her aside and said Jose did the exact same thing to him with multiple fraudulent charges. In semi-related news, about 6 months ago we were told the previous store manager "left the safe open" and the store was robbed. This is one of the most dysfunctional businesses I've ever seen, stay away.
