So back for a second repair, which required replacing the OLED. This "repair" caused the fingerprint sensor to stop working. I had to solve this issue on my own as the tech that runs the store did not know how to update the device software. Fast forward a week and the screen stopped working. I went back a third time, I left with the phone, but the fingerprint sensor is dead. They are clearly not expert techs, the owner manages things remotely. I would steer clear of this place.

Went here to get a screen replacement off of a Verizon claim, screen was fixed fine. But once I started to use my phone I noticed the battery was dying much faster than before... hmmm. It even glitched out at DIA while trying to pick up friends (what a stress inducer!) then I take it back to the place that "fixed" (more like broke) my phone and they try to gaslight me into saying I'm on tiktok too much (Spoiler, I called Apple and they said it was a hardware issue) And then send me to verizon, who couldn't do anything for me (shucks, it's like the workers should do their job)

We are all upgrading phones for our family plan. Long story short, the manager Jose tells us he will throw in up to $400 worth of accessories for our new phones for free. This sounds too good to be true, so we all clarify with him several times that we will NOT be paying for these items, Jose confirms we will not be charged multiple times. Fast forward a month and my mother in law notices we had insurance added to all 4 phones without our permission, and this $400 worth of accessories was clearly put on our bill. We have spend hours on the phone and in person trying to rectify this and make it right, but Jose is somehow never available and "is at a different store" despite his employees admitting he is still the store manager. The employee working there admitted to my wife this is "not a clean store," and that their management tells the employees to do this kind of shady business. I'll be contacting corporate and the BBB this week. NEVER going here again, this place needs to be charged with fraud. Another customer in the store who overheard my wife complaining pulled her aside and said Jose did the exact same thing to him with multiple fraudulent charges. In semi-related news, about 6 months ago we were told the previous store manager "left the safe open" and the store was robbed. This is one of the most dysfunctional businesses I've ever seen, stay away.

I was in the middle of a complete melt-down Saturday evening from messing up the screen protector install on my new 13" iPad. My neighbors referred me to Fix It Wireless and told me they'd had good experiences there. I called on Saturday evening and I spoke with Nate. I was on the verge of tears and Nate's kindness on the phone caused me to weep with relief and deep gratefulness. I am delighted to report that my in-person service today also exceeded expectations. Nate was kind, gave me clear explanation of the job and a good time estimate, and did an incredible job of installing a screen protector. The purchase and complimentary installation was 1/2 the price of MicroCenter~ an excellent value! I ended up staying and chatting and Angel came out from the back and joined our conversation. Two kind and sharp young men who have communication skills as well as computer fixing chops...yay!!! Faster, cheaper, more pleasant than the Apple Store! Go to Fix It Wireless!!! Made my day!
