I have visited the store and looked through the products and spoken to the staff with questions. In addition, I have stopped by the Apple Store in general to purchase items, get a replacement iPhone, sell an old MacBook for store credit, and more. When I have previously entered the Apple Store, I remember being greeted by an Apple associated very quickly (identified by their colored shirt). They asked me a few questions to check me in, and before I knew it, someone came over to greet me and welcome me to the store and ask what I needed. This system is very well designed where everyone entering the store that needs anything engages with at least two employees if not more. Regardless of which employee, everyone is very knowledgeable and prepared to answer general questions while knowing who to go to for additional support. The store is beautiful and well laid out well with tables with items on display with other items on the side of room. There was also a classroom at the back of the store for sessions offered throughout the day. You can learn more about the Scottsdale Fashion Square location at https://www.apple.com/retail/scottsdalefashionsquare. It is open daily from 10 AM to 9 PM. At this specific location, they offer many different sessions including a demonstration of Apple Vision Pro. With Apple being a huge product nowadays, having a store where you could do pretty much anything you want to do regarding Apple or its devices is a must have. I've had an extremely frustrating experience with my Apple devices. Most likely my devices are hacked, theyve been having these issues for some years, I figured a new device and a new cell service would do the trick. How I was gravely mistaken. I've recorded multiple videos to document these problems, yet I've had difficulty even sending those videos to myself--sometimes they won't go through unless I screen record the issue as it's happening. When I reached out to support through Apple, the experience only made things worse. I was told that nothing was wrong, despite the evidence I provided. A full diagnostic test was run for over an hour, during which I couldn't exit or use my phone normally. After all that time, there was little to no explanation of the results, and the representative wasn't even available afterward to follow up. On top of that, basic features like voice dictation have been unreliable. While typing this, I recorded another example where the dictated text produced completely incorrect words that weren't even close to what I was saying. I've also had ongoing issues with my service through AT&T. My two eSIM lines randomly deactivate on their own, preventing me from sending messages--even in situations where I may need to contact emergency services. That's not just inconvenient, it's concerning. I tried calling 911 several times and the help never arrives. Thanks apple and ATT. Overall, I have extensive evidence showing repeated malfunctions across multiple devices and services. This has been one of the most disappointing tech experiences I've had, and I expected much better reliability and support.
