I purchased a new case from this kiosk located at Scottsdale Fashion Square in October just before Halloween. My old case, which I'd purchased from them almost 6 months prior, had a card slot built in where I stored my debit card. The representative switched out the old case for the new one while I casually looked at the other case options behind the glass. I DID NOT leave the kiosk during this time. Upon receiving my phone with the new case, I asked the guy for my old case. (Which again, housed my debit card. I hadn't used it that day, having just arrived at the mall & the kiosk was my first stop.) He said, "I already gave it back to you." After going back & forth with this guy for almost 5 minutes, the other associate, also male approaches me & hands over my old case. "There wasn't a card inside...", he says. At no point did I mention to either of these men that my debit card was inside the old case. Hmmmm.... I examined the old case to find that my debit card was now missing. Needless to say, I left the kiosk knowing my debit card hadn't excused itself from the case & disappeared on its own! Idk... maybe it grew bored or hungry... Anyway, I immediately drove directly to my financial institution & advised them of what happened. The personal banker advised that there were 3 pending online transactions that had been processed back to back within the last 20 minutes! Seriously!! Fortunately, I was able to have the 3 charges, (totaling $826.42), reversed & the card canceled due to fraud. I'm not accusing anyone of anything. Like I said, maybe the debit card decided to make a few online purchases on its own... idk. However I urge everyone to keep this in mind... CAVEAT EMPTOR. (Don't know what this means? Look it up!) After the first place, my phone screen stopped working (the touch) to the point where it wasn't responsive to any touch. The side volume was also pressed in. We called ahead of time to see if they were still open and the cost of replacement, and the man working (I didn't catch his name) kindly informed us of the cost and that I could bring it in even right before closing. He examined my phone before repairing to determine whether it would need repaired, replaced my screen, AND helped clean the volume button area to bring the button back out. He replaced it and my screen works perfectly well now. He was so so nice. I definitely recommend this place.

I have visited the store and looked through the products and spoken to the staff with questions. In addition, I have stopped by the Apple Store in general to purchase items, get a replacement iPhone, sell an old MacBook for store credit, and more. When I have previously entered the Apple Store, I remember being greeted by an Apple associated very quickly (identified by their colored shirt). They asked me a few questions to check me in, and before I knew it, someone came over to greet me and welcome me to the store and ask what I needed. This system is very well designed where everyone entering the store that needs anything engages with at least two employees if not more. Regardless of which employee, everyone is very knowledgeable and prepared to answer general questions while knowing who to go to for additional support. The store is beautiful and well laid out well with tables with items on display with other items on the side of room. There was also a classroom at the back of the store for sessions offered throughout the day. You can learn more about the Scottsdale Fashion Square location at https://www.apple.com/retail/scottsdalefashionsquare. It is open daily from 10 AM to 9 PM. At this specific location, they offer many different sessions including a demonstration of Apple Vision Pro. They also have their Genius Bar (for technical support) and you can shop by drop-in, order a pickup in store, or make a reservation in advance for repair. With Apple being a huge product nowadays, having a store where you could do pretty much anything you want to do regarding Apple or its devices is a must have. Careful what u sign. It was a nightmare. I brought my galaxy in to get the glass repaired and…read moreearpiece fix cause of static. I wish I didn't do that. First of all. They left marks all over the digitizer from trying to take it apart. which means they were not patient enough to heat the glass first then take it apart. Instead of using glue to bond the glass they used a sticky tape to piece it together. End result... First day of use, touch screen would stop responding, I would have to turn screen off and on for touch screen to work again. Dust and debri under glass( in my case, left permanent damage to my digitizer). I would have to take apart my phone and manually clean under my screen once a week. But hey my phone has new glass. They said they put in a new earpiece. After a couple of days, the static came back. When I took apart my phone, the earpiece looked really dirty (i've had this phone for about 2 years) It obviously wasn't brand new. But the worst part was the customer service His main excuse for not getting the dirt outta my phone or not looking at the earpiece or the digitizer was, "can't take apart the glass cause I might break it". ARE YOU SERIOUS. That's why I had to do all the cleaning and fixing myself. And I never broke the glass. I think these guys are cons, they will lie to your face and sell you half ass bullshit just to make money. They will take advantage of your lack of knowledge hoping you will buy there bullshit. But,There not obligated to do anything cause there is NO GUARANTEE and they hide behind a piece of paper you sign stating IF WE MUCK YOUR PHONE UP TO BAD, LIVE WITH IT. and that's the same kind of attitude I had to deal with.
