All was going great until I got this text thanking me for purchasing "Protection360." Not only did I not purchase this service, but I was never asked by the salesperson if I wanted this. I only found out this service was added because of this text! I am very furious right now that this was snuck into my bill! After seeing this text, I do not recommend this store anymore. If you bought a phone from this location, I HIGHLY recommend you check your bill to make sure no unwanted service was added onto your bill. Going forward, I will only buy my phones online.

When I purchased the screen protector I was told if anything happened to it I could bring it back and they would swap it out for a new one. The screen protector got scratched about three weeks and I brought it back to have it swapped out like they're guaranteed and instead, Armando said he couldn't find me in the system. He told me to call and make a claim. I called and very confused about why I even had to make a claim. It should be taken care of at the store anyway that's what they said would happen when I bought it after I called T-Mobile they assured me that that was the wrong way to do it I needed to go back to the store to get my screen protector T-Mobile even called Armando to tell him that was wrong and I had a warranty along with my phone that covered screen protector. Even after T-Mobile called him, he was still fighting the obvious. I went back a second time to explain what T-Mobile had said and to follow up so I can get my protector. He said he wasn't going to give it to me because it was the other manager's fault that I got lost in the system and that other manager doesn't work there anymore . He wanted me to take it up with someone in Santa Maria and said I should go there. I told him that's not where I bought this item and I would be back to discuss this issue after I get off the phone with the supervisor. Calling T-Mobile again they assured me that he is doing it wrong and he very much could give me another screen protector. I ended up calling another store in Santa Maria and talking to Susie's she said come on byI'll take care of you. He has no honor and more to the point needs to be retrained in his duties .
