Also these idiots didn't mark my package as picked up!!! When home internet is ordered for I store pickup but it doesn't get marked as picked up, that means the Verizon system doesn't show it as being "active" which in my case was terrible because I found out it was too slow a WiFi for me...soooo thanks to them being on their phones laughing and being lazy and not paying attention, they didn't mark I picked up my WiFi so I have spent 4 hours this week alone with Verizon reps to try and track down this phantom order so I won't be charged!!! They can't cancel the order since they never marked it as completed!!!! Didn't look up from their phones, didn't greet me, didn't do a thing, didn't order my extender which also cost me like 45 minutes on the phone with Verizon. These people are lazy af!!! This store is trash and so are the employees There was one nice female employee with earrings that was helpful, she was friendly but the other three were lazy idiots, especially the bearded guy with glasses!!!

I want to give a huge thank you to Mikayla, who went above and beyond to help me solve a login issue with my My Verizon account. I had already tried getting help from another different Verizon location over three times I even call directly to verizon, and no one was able to fix the problem. I came into this store ready to cancel all my contracts out of frustration. But Mikayla completely changed my experience. She patiently worked for over an hour, making calls and troubleshooting until the issue was fully resolved (my phone was a very old version). On top of that, she helped me get a great deal on a new phone. Her dedication and professionalism were far beyond my expectations. I also want to thank her coworker, who spoke my language and made the whole experience even more comfortable -- it really meant a lot. These two showed what real teamwork and excellent customer service look like. Verizon, please recognize this team -- they absolutely deserve a raise!

This review is for the AT&T store in the Raley's shopping center at 4730 Freeport Boulevard in…read moreSacramento, California. Be warned about this store as the Sales reps secretly add phone lines to customer accounts without the customers knowledge, and then they don't respond and AT&T refuses to credit any payments made for the secretly added phone line. This kind of illegal behavior is a pattern, just scroll down and read a couple other reviews of similar type behavior at this same store. There's criminals that work at this store and it looks like management is involved in this illicit behavior. I'm guessing the sales reps are adding phone lines for added commissions. In December 2025 I went to this store to upgrade my daughter's iPhone. I spoke to the sales reps, Christian, and he told me he would give me a good deal on a new iPhone. He also said he could get me additional discounts if I put all 4 of my cellphone lines on auto pay. I approved the auto pay discount. There was no mention of adding any additional phone lines. I never would have agreed to adding any new lines to my account.....Why would I add a new line and pay for it to get a discount? Since I was on auto pay, I made the mistake of not scrutinizbig my cellphone bill. Fast forward to July 2026, and I reviewed my bill and noticed a phone line was added in December 2025 that I've been paying for the past 7 months. On 7/7/26, I called AT&T and they directed me to go to the AT&T store at 4730 Freeport boulevard and to resolve the issue with the store manager, John. I went to the store on 7/15/26 at 11:45am and spoke to Ian who told me to return the next day after 12:30pm to find John. Additionally, , Ian implied that the added phone line was probably getting me extra discounts. However, I never would have agreed to add any additional line that i don't even have a phone for, in order to get a discount . I don't see the logic in paying for something that I'm not using to get a discount. This made me think that adding phone lines without customer approval is a widespread tactic conducted out of this store. I returned to the store on 7/16/26 at 12:45pm, and Christian told me the store manager, John, wasn't available and he took my name and phone number and told me John would call me to schedule an appointment so we could speak. I never received any follow-up contact. I made phone calls to AT&T customer service and loyalty/retention departments on 7/29/26, 8/12/26, with no resolution. I even submitted a fraud claim with AT&T's fraud department with no resolution. On 8/19/26, I spoke to Dierdre at the AT&T rentention department and was finally able to get the phone line that was added to my account removed. However, AT&T refused to credit me the over $200 in monthly service fees that I've paid on the extra phone line from December 2025 to July 2026. The lesson in all of this is to go elsewhere. Do not trust the sales reps and to scrutinize every bill each month, even when your on auto pay. Don't use this store as shady tactics are used and appear to be approved by store management and the corporate folks at AT&T. You are better off going to Verizon or T-Mobile. This kind of behavior does nothing for me, being over a 20 year customer, to remain loyal to AT&T, and neither should you.

I value his customer service and would greatly recommend anyone who needs help at this location to ask him! I was thoroughly impressed by Evan's professionalism, expertise, and dedication to ensuring I received the best possible service. From the moment I reached out, they were prompt, courteous, and genuinely invested in addressing my needs. They took the time to carefully explain my options, ensuring I understood everything from billing details to plan features, all while making sure I got the best deal available. In a world where quality service can sometimes feel like a rarity, this AT&T worker reminded me of the importance of having knowledgeable and dedicated professionals on the other end of the line. Their support truly made a difference in my experience, and I feel confident that AT&T values their employees as much as their customers. Highly recommend!

You have to wait and wait and wait for a simple screen protector replacement. This is a company wide policy. They don't make it easy to write T-Mobile feedback so here is a public review at the latest store I am waiting 1+ hour for a simple screen replacement because *even if* they check you in, you need to wait your turn. I get waiting your turn but again 1 sec passing me a screen would be great if they could adopt that. They're probably making it a huge hassle to screen replace cause it will cost them more bottom line. Time is money making this program not worth it. The screen is also overpriced. You can buy a multipack online for $10 & I swear the Go To's break so easily. I have a turkey to prep tonight. I have kids at home. Do better, T-mobile. Thanks but not really.

I would have given 1 star but gave 2 stars only because someone there was nice enough to apologize. My husband went here few weeks ago to get my son's ipad air screen replaced since it was cracked. When we got it back we placed a tempered glass screen protector right away because we wanted to protect the screen from cracking again but to our surprise the screen cracked just because we were gently pressing the tempered glass on it. When that happened we thought it was the tempered glass that broke so we contacted the company who made the tempered glass showed them the picture and they sent us a new tempered glass with no extra charge. We noticed a day after getting the ipad screen replaced that the home button was real loose and after using it several times it got out of place. We contacted Payless wireless and they said they will fix it with no charge. I left the Ipad there and after almost an hour I got a call from them saying that the crack which we thought was on the tempered glass on the screen was actually on the screen again! I thought, "Wow really!? That is how easily the screen broke after just being replaced!" They said they will replace the screen for another $35 and since we just wanted it fixed we agreed. Got the Ipad earlier today and this young man I talked to didn't even care enough to smile and greet me politely. We discussed about the tempered glass and screen. I was telling him how could the screen crack just because we placed a tempered glass on it and he insisted that we dropped it because it showed on the edges of the Ipad (which is from the past and not after they replaced the screen). I can still see his face telling me there is no other way the screen cracked other than that we dropped it which is totally untrue. I don't write reviews here in Yelp but I just had to warn others. Being rude to your customers will not help your business Payless Wireless. Will never ever come back here!
