They have a fairly decent selection of items considering they are a small store but the items are as good a value as another location. The store was clean, organized, and well stocked for the holidays. Easy in-and-out experience and no issues finding what we needed. Even with the Starbucks inside being closed, Target itself delivered a solid experience.

Well now that is over! Today, with gas being over 4 dollars and my lunch getting cold, I had to return part of my pickup. They gave me a box of Cesar dog food (which was ordered) but instead of it being packed in properly, the dividers were missing and random flavors were added and it was missing over 10 packs. When I returned it and explained, not even an "I'm sorry." "Can we get you a new box?" They did nothing with a frown. What a crappy store. I am now just going to go drive up at Walmart. They are so much better!!

I drove 1 hour to this Target & got there as soon as they opened. This Hispanic lady that works in electronics told me they sold out the light sticks 3 days ago. A few minutes later, I saw her and heard her selling a light stick to someone she obviously know. It was supposed to be a first come first serve item but she lied to me and withheld selling me the item in favor of someone she knows. They didn't know I can understand Spanish and heard the other customer thanking the employee for holding the item for her until she got there. This lady needs to be fired for not following and going against Target policy. I do not think it is fair that she did that. I will definitely post this experience in other platforms. Shame on you Target for allowing this to happen.

I told her that make sure the 2nd line is free. However, after activating the plan, I discovered that the second line was not free and was subject to additional charges. When I returned to the store and confronted the sales representative about the inaccurate information, she denied providing any such information. I am disappointed that the T-Mobile sales representative provided false information about the mobile plan and then denied doing so. I expect better accuracy, honesty, and accountability from a reputable company like T-Mobile.

Ordered new 17s, but had significant problems with the store with that, too. (Never got the new phones.) Went to the store in Rockwall, and Jeanette worked with us. First and foremost, she told us that BOTH phones could still update, and immediately set my XR for the current update. Then, she resolved my husband's issue with his voicemail message, and Caller ID. Lastly, she was able to obtain for each of the phones an additional $13 per month credit. She was FANTASTIC! Jeanette, please stay at the Rockwall Verizon. We'll be back when we're ready for new phones:)
