I took off work, and I arrived at the designated time. The lights were off, the door was locked. I called and tried all the options until I got a human. The guy said "The door is open, I was in the bathroom. Appointments don't mean anything just come on in." THEN he unlocked the door. Looked like he just woke up. Next, he told me he couldn't get parts for my brand. He had not even seen my appointment details. I pointed out that my brand was listed on the website when I made the appointment and he might want to let someone know. He said, "THAT'S ABOVE MY PAYGRADE!!!!" These "workers" acted as though they've never had to file an insurance claim to have an iPhone replaced that's still under warranty! I mean there's absolutely no way a customer should be sitting there for almost 2 hours and STILL didn't get a replacement filed correctly. So I have to make another trip to the store when it opens in order to complete what should have been completed last night when I spent almost 2 hours sitting there being "taken care of" of by two of THE MOST UN-helpful people I've ever encountered. Store manager I was told is Drew. Drew - you have a problem my friend if customers have to sit for 2 hours to get a replacement submitted correctly. To think that two heads are better than one was SO NOT the case last night! I would have given a FAT ZERO for customer service but the review must at least register a one. This happened April 2017, it's been six months and I finally got my iphone fixed. To be honest I'm super cheap! A screen repair is expensive! Over the past six months, I researched businesses that will repair a iPhone 6S along with the prices. The cost ranges from $90 to $130 for screen repairs. For starters, most businesses require an appointment. Some of the reviews on yelp are horrible. Naturally, I was hesitant to go anywhere for the past six months. Around 5 AM Saturday morning, I finally had enough of my cracked screen. I got on yelp and researched until 8 AM. I made my first call to Batteries Plus, the woman was very rude and short with me---Pass!!!! The Pineville location has bad reviews anyways. Next on my list Staymobile!!!!! At 9 AM rushed over to Staymobile to be the first in-line to drop off my iPhone. Words cannot express how thankful I am for Staymobile!! My phone looks awesome!!! I received a very quick & affordable quote from the Cellular Doctor to repair the broken screen on…read moremy iPhone. I was happy to see that they were open on Saturday when other shops weren't, especially with an impending ice storm approaching. I really needed my phone repaired ASAP. Sure enough, I was greeted with excellent customer service from the moment I walked through the door. Freddie assisted me with my phone. He was very knowledgeable & said that he would be right back in about 5 minutes. I couldn't believe that in roughly about that time, I was paying for my repaired iPhone. Initially I couldn't remember my password to get back into my iCloud account. He offered options to help restore it. Thankfully, I remembered once I got home. I was able to use my phone again & charge it up just in case I lost power during the ice storm. I'm so grateful to Freddie for walking me through the process effortlessly.
