We went to get ready for an apartment and had a LOT on our list. We were able to find associates to direct us to products, even walking us to the location when we were particularly blind LOL. They even told us about the 20% discount coupon for new students, which we happily used. People were friendly, accessible, and yes most things were in stock - which is tough those 1st three weeks leading into school.

It's great that this Target houses our CVS as there are no freestanding in this city and many of us have our healthcare providers through CVS , as seniors, my husband and I use this service a lot these days. Sometimes we get to the store before CVS is open so we have time to make other purchases too. Parking is always available and the store always looks good. It's one of the cleanest parking lots in Boulder as they do not share it with any fast food eateries. I have shopped here ever since it opened in the 80s, a great add to the retail of Boulder then and still relevant now, 40+ years later.

As the primary , I provided my passcode, my son provided his birth certificate , and his digital Driver's License via the MyColorado app. The jerk at the store told him he wouldn't give him the phone. Those forms of ID weren't good enough. This is After he told my son he didn't have the phone at all and I had to escalate. TMobile customer support agreed this was a vile mistreatment of my son. TMobile asked for the man's name and the man refused to give it to the TMobile customer service rep !!! My son is black and was treated disrespectfully by this guy from the moment he walked in. Then, when he had to deal with "momma bear", the guy would not speak with me or divulge his name. TMobile could hear everything on speaker and was appalled at this unhinged employee!!! I will find every social outlet and consumer's advocate to complain about this alleged store manager.

The absolute WORST, most inept Apple store I've ever been to. I went in to get my iphone battery…read morechanged at 78%. An employee did something to my phone before taking it to the back to change the battery. Except that I'm suddenly informed I'd have to wait FOUR hours. I have to drive an hour through a canyon to even get to the store. And I didn't have time to wait four hours on top of that. So I left. But when I got to my vehicle, I suddenly couldn't charge the phone, nor connect to the internet. I had been doing both during the one hour drive to the store!! And in fact, I have NEVER had a problem like that. Went back in to explain that now my phone wouldn't charge nor could I get to the internet. I explained this to the front greeter, and she basically implied I was lying by saying it wasn't possible that this had happened!! Equally as bad, she stood so close to me in her firm denial that it was uncomfortable. I had to firmly ask to see a manager. She got a guy to come over who said he was the "Lead". I explained the same thing to him, and like her, he seemed to doubt these two problems were possible and he was as cold as ice. I was shocked. He said I'd have to wait at least 40 minutes just for someone to look at it and walked away. What is going on with this store??? He then came back in 5 minutes, and said he'd look at the phone. And voila, he FIXED the two problems that he had been doubtful about, and that the female greeter had said couldn't have happened. When I got home, I now see this Boulder Apple store is down to 3.8 in its ratings, and on Yelp, it's 2.2. TERRIBLE APPLE STORE.

We had a family crisis this week in which my husband's iPhone was lost. We needed an immediate…read moresolution as we feared its data could be compromised even though it had a passcode. Between the Apple Store and the Verizon Store, both conveniently located in the same shopping center, we went about handling it ASAP. I chose Verizon first and as we had had Brunch earlier at Alpine Modern, also in the same location and where it was lost. I immediately walked across the lot to Verizon to shut off its usable connection as it is on my account. When that was successful, and we purchased a new phone, something he was to need soon anyway, we went to Apple next to have it physically locked so if it had been found then stolen, it could not be reused. Apple was very helpful in setting this all up for us. We went home satisfied that our line was protected too. Apple has provided us much help over the years and so has Verizon. In person, works best for us and nice they are both close by. In the morning we went back to the cafe to try one more time as Apple had told us that the phone was still pinging at the cafe location. The cafe had closed by the time we got to Apple the day before but we had gone in twice ourselves to look for it after discovering it missing. And no one had turned it in. First thing in the morning we tried the cafe again and yes their cleaning crew had found it the night before as it had slid under something we could not check when looking ourselves. Apple had told us if found, we could still get a trade in value paid out even though we had already bought the new phone earlier from Verizon. We went back to Apple with the phone, they unlocked it to credit as trade and issued us a gift card to our Apple account for its trade in value. Both of these large companies can help customers and for some, in person, at these Boulder locations, with well trained staff, is the efficient way to go. This was an awkward way to trade up a phone but in the end, we were able to get what we needed from both companies. I appreciate having them here in Boulder and so lucky to be able to walk between them and also near a tasty and responsible cafe, Alpine Modern's Twenty Ninth St location.
