    Customer service is cool and seems fine at but there's another review on here from 6 years ago…read moreabout how she got charged for a device that she didn't purchase and this store is limited in what they can do so we've been up here 5 times since purchasing our phones 2 months ago and they do nothing but have us call trash overseas customer service that doesn't know what to do after reading their prompt and the associates at the store keep saying sorry sorry but NOTHING is being done to help the situation. The icing on the cake is our phones keep getting shut off cause we are not paying $300 a month for a device we didn't purchase and again they do nothing to help. They won't credit our account or anything . Clearly they run a scheme at this store and they need to be investigated . PLEASE if you must have Verizon DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. They are a 3rd party retailer for Verizon and will not help you or even be honest and just tell us go to an actual store to get this solved .

    HORRIFIC!!! Lawrenceville Georgia New customer, as of…read more12/28/24. At this writing, tomorrow is my final day of my 30 day trial for this pitiful excuse for a cellular company. On December 28 through our business, we purchased two new iPhones, primarily for security. The sales person explained to us that the cost of both phones and service with our business account, would be $57 per month, per phone, $114 for both phones. that was completely acceptable. My partner and I live on opposite sides of Atlanta. He's on the north east side and on the north west side. Only twice, in the last 30 days has my service Registered 5G. The vast majority of time it registers only one or two bars and LTE is the predominant mode. We have spoken with nearly every representative of Verizon located in the Philippines, which comprises the vast majority of their staff, other than sales personnel. Store staff has absolutely refused to escalate this to a district manager level. Today we made one final trip into the Snellville, Ga location - A very helpful young man attempted to contact anyone at his own organization only to contact another Philippines representative. Out of frustration, we told the Filipino representative that we were going to just return the phones the following day and go somewhere else for our service. Instantly both devices were removed from service and both phones were instructed to try to connect to a satellite. Upon returning to the store one representative was able to get us both back online, after a few raised voices. Now the bill that should've been about $114 per month is now $142.33 and $125.80 due in January and they tell us that the bill is likely to increase for some obscure service charge that no one can adequately name, in the ensuing three years of our contract. We are still waiting for a return call from anyone at Verizon. At this point, they have less than 18 hours to contact us before we return the phones and find another carrier. Hopefully this review will remain in perpetuity, so that any perspective customer can read it and make an informed decision. I will copy this review Word for Word and should it ever fall off, I will repost it This is not how business should be conducted, by any organization. If you value your time, or your money, do yourself a favor and avoid Verizon at every opportunity. I have never been so disgusted with aservice company in my entire life.
