    Proof of warranty

    I am submitting a complaint regarding the service I received at the Stockbridge, GA location. On 12/3/2025 the store manager on duty, refused to honor the Premium Protection Plan warranty that I paid for solely because I no longer have the original phone charger. This requirement was not communicated at the time of purchase, and denying coverage for this reason is completely unacceptable.

    DO NOT BUY A BED FROM HERE. THEY WILL NOT TAKE IT BACK EVEN IF THEY SEE WITH THEIR OWN EYES THAT IT IS DEFECTIVE. I personally brought it back 2 days later and they refused to return it. It's no better now and basically trash. $1100 waste of money. I will never shop at any brand smart dumpstore ever again.

    I purchased a dishwasher from BrandsMart Stockbridge, and it leaked, ruining my floor. After returning it within the 15-day window, I was told they wouldn't cover damages because I didn't use their installers, even though I used a certified plumber. Customer service was awful, both in-store and at corporate. Only after filing a BBB complaint did I get a call from corporate offering a $100 gift card, but no help with my floor. Extremely frustrating experience--poor service and no accountability.

    David, Thank you once again for the replacement delivery of my 3rd range. Chris and Keith just left my home. I made sure that my husband and I inspected the range before they guys left. I have never been one to be unprofessional or make a big fuss, but after paying over $4k for my kitchen appliances David, I expect a level of customer service for all to be shown until you all make EVERYTHING right for your customers! After two microwaves (one obviously refurbished) and still waiting the delivery of my third replacement microwave and two....now three range swaps, I have have been more than patient with you and Brandsmart. But because no one ever answers the phone in customer service, I had no other choice but to drive from my home in Peachtree City to your Stockbridge store to speak to someone is unsettling to say the least! There are SEVERAL problems with today's visit and why I did NOT sign the delivery document. The lack of professionalism by one of the guys (the brown skin gentleman) was beyond me. While trying to rush me to sign off on the delivery papers, I said, "wait a minute, I see a problem with the glass door". The light skinned gentleman was trying to wipe the glass door clean, but soon realized the scratch is not coming off. The brown skinned gentleman impatiently turns to my husband and trys to have my husband sign the delivery papers! I said, just wait a second." He proceeds to tell me, that there's nothing he can do, and to call the store! And just leaves my house!!!! Not only did the guys unwrap the range outside, out of my sight, I didn't see what the range was packaged in, or how it was packaged. For all I know, they could've damaged it taking it off the truck or unwrapping it.....i don't know! They left oily finger smudges on all over the range and didn't even offer to wipe it clean! I was not directed to turn it on prior to use (like James instructed) with his install. James was very professional. Don't ever send these last two gentleman to my house again! The pictures above were taken by me while they stood in my kitchen showing. The light skinned gentleman also took a picture of the scratch. - A permanent scratch on the glass door on the lower right side. I noticed it immediately. - There's also a horizontal scratch under the right side of the handle. - And all the nasty fingerprints left behind looks very unprofessional! While this is a great selection of range that you suggested to me and that I paid an extra charge to upgrade my appliance package, I expext once again that you will make this right for the fourth time or as many times that it takes David. Starting with the training of some workers within your delivery department. I paid for four BAND NEW working Samsung appliances! I love how they look in my kitchen and I do NOT want my money back and I do NOT want to drive to your store just to speak to someone for a new range! I do want you to make this right. I look forward to speaking with you once again. Carla

He was very nice and he knew his work. I purchased a dryer "That day" and it was delivered "That Day". I didn't even spend what thought I would spend. There was a delivery fee but overall, we have a great dryer, it gets nice and hot, it drys quick, and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. It works like brand new. I definitely recommend going here! Oh and in case you're wondering about how long ago I purchased our dryer; it's been almost two months and it still works great!

Most of the items come with the original manufacturers warranty but Lowe's offer additional 3 or 5 year warranty starting at $85 ( depending on price of unit purchase). They also have a 48 hour no questions asked return window for appliances purchased/delivered from this location. They sell more than han just appliances, they have indoor and outdoor furnishings also. Basically anything but plants ... They do have different hours and terms that vary from the traditional store but with these prices, I say that it makes up for it! I recommend looking here for your needs before you make a purchase elsewhere, it really was worth the drive to check it out!
