There were NO parking spots open at the hotel, steak house or anywhere on the street. I parked at 7:30pm, in -11* windchill to ran across to pick up from the steakhouse..... 4 MONTHS LATER I get a summons for traffic court for trespassing! WTF? What a Petty, absurd frivolous way to make enemies in Hanover..... the parking lot was virtually empty, the wind chill was eleven degrees below zero, there were giant piles of snow everywhere. This store was CLOSED. I was NOT blocking or interfering in their business at all.....cheap shot from a petty little business. I expected better.....

After some online research (none of the tips fixed it) and consulting my Local At&T store, my screen needed to be replaced unfortunately. This spot was a Yelp find. A small store with accessories (covers, chargers mostly) & some refurbished phones for sale-but it's all about the repairs. I was quoted $129 to replace my iPhone screen. 30-40 minutes for the work. I opted to leave. When I returned my phone was not ready as the Technician noticed my battery was swollen and recommended replacing it. "No thanks as I'm not going to keep this phone much longer." I looked at their price list and noticed there was a budget screen for $95. Ok I'll go with that one instead. Would have been good to mention this in the beginning. Also a 10% discount is available with Yelp check in-didn't see this til after. Service was good and engaging overall with some good information about the repair, etc. My phone is back to pre Light Saber state. Only recommendation would be to give all of the options upfront. They provide a 90 day warranty. Would I recommend Swift Mobile-Yes

We scheduled our appointment with Amanda who was extremely professional and knowledgeable and was very friendly and helpful. She took the time to review our account which was an older grandfathered plan, did a comparison and helped us save money which was very nice. Amanda also explained everything about our new phones so when we left we felt good using them. The store is very clean and well organized and comfortable ! We did a few other purchases on a charging base and a really cool speaker with Alexa. Brittany also jumped in and assisted with getting us going. She also was very professional and friendly. We would highly recommend stopping here for your Sprint needs, you will be impressed with the level of service provided. The old lady decided on a whim that she wanted to stop here to find a particular birthday present for her niece. According to the Target website this store had it in stock and ready to go. We get here and head to their toy department and the section in general is a mess. Lots of empty shelf spaces, slopped up displays, etc. Also, of course, said items were nowhere to be seen. Also not to be seen were any employees to ask for help but eventually she tracks down someone over in electronics who calls someone, who calls someone, who calls someone who confirms that the website is wrong-no they don't have this item-it's supposedly not available in store as he claimed it was online only. So be it except we decided on our way to the hotel in York to stop at the Target there on York Crossing Drive and naturally they had it in stock. Never. Again.
