He was fast and very efficient in repairing my phone, and even explained some issues with the phone that he felt the last shop I took it to had likely damaged two components when they replaced the cover. He explained that if the repair person is not very familiar with the phone, they can mistakenly break these two components. I was very grateful for the information, as I had not felt comfortable with the shop I'd taken it to previously. My phone was struggling immediately after I left the previous shop, but I was on my way to catch a flight and did not have time to return to the shop before my trip. Upon my return to Dallas, I decided to give Forney Cell Phone Repair a try; and I'm so glad I did. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely use them again for future repairs.

Very unprofessional and shady technician, stole parts sent out by warranty repair and did nothing…read more Had a warranty repair scheduled for a washing machine. Technician came out and from the get go seemed like he wanted to rush out. To start, this guy would not let me finish explain what was wrong with the machine, he just kept pressing buttons and saying there didn't seem to be anything wrong with the machine. Warranty company had sent out parts to be replaced, but this technician refused to change them and said that he would not spend all the time to replace them when it didn't need it. Cleaned out a draining filter and said that the machine was fine now. Worked for one cycle and issue came right back. Technician took the parts the warranty sent out and reported as fixed. Whole thing lasted 15 minutes.
