I was helped by Indigo Salti, who was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to walk me through my options and made sure I felt confident about the phone and plan I chose. His professionalism and genuine care really stood out. T-Mobile is lucky to have someone like him on their team! Even if it might be a further drive for you I highly suggest this store and in particular indigo. You will have his full attention while he is with you and he makes the process so easy :-)

We told him what we were looking into & he sat us at a table to further discuss. This guy is so great, he explained every single plan available including costs. He was with us every step of the way throughout the entire interaction; from keeping our numbers to what to do after we walked out. I will say that the team we watched in action on this day were great. So many difficult consumers but they never lost their cool. Would definitely recommend this location for any and all services. Glad we switched because we saved some money but also had the best service!

Trade in scam I did…read moretheir promotion where they took my old phone and supposedly gave me $1,000 toward a new iPhone, with the catch that I'd be in a 36-month contract. I agreed, thinking the trade-in value would truly cover the cost of the new phone over the term. What they didn't make clear is that if I leave early, I still owe around $700 on the phone, even though they already took my old phone as part of the deal. So AT&T has my old device and still expects me to pay hundreds of dollars if I want to get out of the contract before the 36 months are up. This feels incredibly misleading and unfair. Had I known I'd basically be trapped in a 3-year commitment with a huge bill to escape, I never would have agreed to this promo in the first place. AT&T's promo sounded great on the surface, but the reality is it's a long-term trap. I feel like I lost my old phone and my flexibility as a customer. I will not be doing business with AT&T again after this, and I strongly recommend that anyone considering their trade-in "deals" read the fine print very carefully and think twice.

I took it to the store with my receipt and showed them how it'd been put on there very poorly, and they basically told me to go eff myself.... I have no problem spending money on my mistake, I've spent $400 on phone screens with them. After 9 days my screen cracks from not dropping the phone, putting a case on the phone, and they refuse to back their work and fix it... I'm not looking for a handout... I'm just looking for them to do the right thing. It's a shotty job of putting the screen on there, I didn't want to make the girl feel bad at the time so i didn't say anything... but that's her job is to repair cell phones..... The screen cracked because of no fault of mine, and they won't make it right.... just bad business, they lost a customer and all of my friends who live in the neighborhood who've used them for all types of services from buying phones to repairs to bill payments, you've lost a lot of business today because you couldn't take care of a loyal customer, who less than 10 days later wanted you to take care of something that was their employees doing... I work in software/databases, so I am pretty familiar with computers. However, I am not very…read moreknowledgeable or comfortable tearing my computer open to go through the hardware and try and swap pieces out. That being said, I had a serious framerate issue with my gaming desktop, and was doing troubleshooting on it for two weeks. I consulted Reddit, I wiped everything besides the BIOS, ran plenty of diagnostics, gave it a good dusting, but nothing fixed the issue. I finally decided to take it in and have someone look at the hardware, realizing most likely I had a busted chord or fan somewhere that would need to be replaced. I gave Scott a rundown, and he told me he would call me when he figured it out. He called me ten minutes later, so quickly I did not see the call until they had already closed. I then worked the rest of the week with Alicia who did all the replacements for my cooling system, graphics card and power core. Just got it home and have my computer running better than when I first bought it due to the new upgrades. I cannot recommend them enough, they are very knowledgeable and Alicia is a saint. They will figure out what is going on, and you hopefully won't need to wait three weeks for an appointment like other stores I had consulted previously
