He hooked up the long cable( need the shorter one) and they said they would send the same guy to do that. So they didnt send anyone. we have 100 extra feet of cable and the only way to fix it is for my husband to do it. the service went out for over 24 hours 2 weeks ago. they said they could get some one out in about 5 days. my husband went back up on the roof and the dish was completely off the cradle ( half way down the roof). clearly the installer had not clicked it in properly before my husband installed it. My husband fixed it.. i guess he is a verified Starlink installer now. we paid for service.. which there is none. i have photos and would love to share if anyone needs them. This company should not be in business and not representing the Starlink product. They don't have qualified employees, they don't care, huge rip off. stay away.. very sad to spend this much money and have to do the job yourself.

The ABC Bank decided they will charge $30 for all stop payment so that's a price increase this April. 2026. There $2K minimum Business Account balance in effect and $12 will be charge for any lower amount in the account, so it's my life lesson now. Business Phone from Google is not available for 78701 zip code on 3rd St. Downtown, Austin, TX. One Agent told me Business phone is available but lied, phone with GFiber is only for Residential/home phone that I know of in April 2026. After porting the business phone number that took 15 days they told me Business phone was not available so use GVoice (thanks Abe?) and it was free to link to your cellphone. They charge me for Workspace for two months: March and April after I cancelled GFiber internet with them on 2/27/2026. There is no phone number to call for Google Workspace, and I can only chat with GFiber customer service Live agent named Oscar. The phone number (855) 418-8326 is for GFiber. There is no live support personnel or phone number for Workspace Billing Support to get reimbursement for March and April Standard Tier ( that I did not sign up for but was billed for $12.62 after $14+ in February). Federal Tax ID: 20-3699496 I cancelled once I signed in as an admin. When cancelled, Google deleted the account and I cannot use the old gmail address to sign back in so none of the Chat Bot or prompt can give me a Live Agent. (Learn from me). "Sign in with an administrator account To sign in to admin.google.com, use an administrator account for a managed Google service, such as Google Workspace or Cloud Identity. He was extremely polite, answered my questions, and helped me without an issue. I came in again this past week to trade in my old device and finish setting up my new device. Sadly, Micole wasn't in that day, and someone else named Yareli helped me. Unfortunately, Yareli wasn't polite or helpful. I'm not sure if employees at Verizon work on some sort of commission, but it was pretty clear that Yareli only wanted to help if I paid for it. I've been a Verizon customer for over 15 years, and I have never been treated that way. I had just bought a whole new iPhone and she quickly shut down as soon as I said I wasn't interested in paying $29.99 for her to set up my device. I was already halfway through setting it up but had encountered a roadblock because something was wrong with the settings of my Verizon account (a Verizon rep needed to change it for me, and I wasn't able to do this myself). Yareli was short with me and ended up completely walking away after a few minutes once I said I just had a few questions and didn't need her to set up the whole device. Mind you, I still had a few questions that she didn't answer. My sister had come in with me and also had the same issue. When we finished setting up our devices and were ready to completely wipe and trade in the old ones, Yareli took my sister's phone and marked on her iPad that it was in "very bad condition". This was because the screen protector had a crack...we told Yareli that it was just the protector and took it off in front of her to show that the screen was intact, and she rolled her eyes. She then marked on her iPad that it was in "good condition", which changed the trade-in value from $100 to $1000. Given the huge difference that change made in the value of the trade-in, Yareli should have been extra cautious and should have inquired about the cracks instead of making an assumption. Nevertheless, it was really obvious it was just the screen protector, so truly it just seemed like Yareli wanted to pull something on us. I totally understand that everyone has a bad day once in a while, but Yareli made it seem like we were asking her to bring us a piece of the moon, when in reality we were asking her questions well within the realm of her job description. Her behavior was embarrassing and unacceptable in a client-facing role.
