After they spent at least 15 minutes and couldn't duplicate the problem, there was no charge. We ended up getting a universal laptop power charger since our cord was severely frayed in one area. They did not suggest the purchase. I specifically asked myself. Their suggestion as to why I was getting the error message was spot on, and I no longer have it popping up on my screen. I did read some of the other reviews just now, and they may or may not be true, as is true of any reviews. My input is that we won't go to Best Buy or similar stores for any sort of computer repair. We tried that once and it was a fiasco. I did not wait in line at this store and we were greeted as soon as we entered the store. We will come back when the need arises again.

There was some time delay, but we were kept abreast as to their arrival time. Lino (sic) & Angel (sic) worked well together. Few words were said between them from the time they dismantled the old dishwasher to the end of securing the new one in. They showed great partnership and were professional in every aspect of the job. After the installation, Lino went over the dishwasher functions with us. He didn't once look at the manual but pointed out several important buttons we need to be aware of. Lino was naming the steps off like he's done it dozens of times. We were very impressed at his knowledge of the product. All-in-all, it took just under an hour from start to finish. After the machine was installed, Lino checked for level and wiped down the new machine. I commented on how well they work together. Lino said they're a father and son team... and what a team. I went in and it's located in a little strip mall and I met with the owner. He was very upfront about the cost and told me he would not charge me if he could not fix it. Within a few short days he was able to get back to me and let me know that it was a part and it would be at least a couple weeks. A couple weeks went by and he called me back and told me that it was gonna cost more to fix because another part of the TV had gone out and he didn't charge me. In fact he offered a better TV at a lower cost that he had repaired with a limited warranty. I appreciate his honesty and being upfront and also on saving me money, I can recommend this place.
