To top it off, everything was covered in syrup. Maybe eggs in maple syrup is good for some people, but not me. I couldn't eat syrupy, overcooked eggs. My suggestion to the restaurant is to specify what kind of pancakes they are in the menu, cook the eggs as requested, and put them on the side, OR if you insist on hiding them in the crepes, serve the dish with the syrup on the side!
