I have a brand new car, I had never taken it through a car wash yet. I bought my new car January 2 and it had 15 miles on it. So I know there is no way that the car was already scratched. I took my car through this car wash on January 20th. I got out of the car once I went through the wash to dry it off really good, even though it was 10 degrees. I like to make sure the car wash cleaned it good and dry it so there are no water spots. I noticed lots of a small scratches all over the hood, mirrors and trunk. I filed a complaint with the office and received an email saying there is no way that the car wash caused these scratches. Remind you, this is a brand new car so where else would this have happened. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS THROUGH THIS CAR WASH IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR. BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR CARS I filed a claim and was told that the scratches were not from my recent visit to crew carwash. I have filed a complaint with The BBB AND I will be looking to sue for damages to my Brand new car. This was definitely done by your carwash and I will be sharing my experience with everyone who will listen. read more

My husband and I both have purchased an Unlimited membership where we pay over $80 a month. We are pleased with everything EXCEPT getting the tailgate clean on the back of my Chevy Silverado. I try to get to Crew at least twice a month (we live about 20 miles from the nearest one in Columbus, Indiana) but the back end of my truck looks like it hasn't been washed in forever. A few months ago they stopped "mopping" the back, which worked. I was told an employee was hurt so I understand the reasoning but I wish they would come up with some other way to get it clean. I always ask for them to spray the tailgate but they don't spray it enough to do any good. With the money we pay every month I would love to have my whole truck clean! Now that we have DirtBuster car wash on the west side, I probably will never go back. Prices are a little cheaper at DirtBuster and it's a lot closer to home (and free vacuums!). When did $20 become a normal cost for a carwash!?!?!?! The staff has always been nice at Crew BUT I can't in good conscience give it more than a 2 star considering the fact that regardless of how clean your car is they will 100% of the time try to upsell you on additional services (i.e. we can clean up those tires with the tire shine for an extra $5 or whatever). I DESPISE being upsold on things and have even said "I know corporate / management is telling you to say this but you might pass it onto them how annoying it is to have the upsell everytime". As a 39 year old woman I think I can decide on a car wash for the love of God without needing an upsell. Won't be back. read more

Beats up your car and doesn't do the greatest job. They also charge you extra to use vaccum. Id use dirt Buster's by Sam's club.

I give this car wash 1 Star because of their pricing. For the price of the car wash, to use vacuum should be at no additional cost. More, the price of their unlimited monthly carwash is also overpriced. I suggest they lower their prices and as a result would have many more people using this carwash. I use a very similar car wash located elsewhere and the unlimited wash that includes everything is only $20 per month and includes the vacuum. read more

This WAS my favorite car Wash. I have 3 vehicles and my boyfriend has 2; There would be days that we would go back and forth just washing every car and vacuuming it so we were here a lot. Unfortunately we've recently stopped going to this car wash, the reason for stopping is that my boyfriend has a vehicle that came Factory made with a brush guard. We were told by employees that if your vehicle came with the brush guard but they would still watch it but the last two times we have tried to go here to wash our cars we were told that they could not wash any cars with brush guards no matter if it's factory or not. We're not going to take 4 cars to one wash and 5th to a different one so we had to find a new wash all around. Wish you guys would change that! read more
