I the matter of 10 days the performed two oil changes and a brake job for us. I had to return both vehicles after discovering significant oil leaks on my garage floor. Twice it could have cost us the loss of an engine had I not discovered their mistakes. They also made a significant error on the brakes on one wheel. All three of thes could have been avoided had they checked their work. Beware. They are incompetent.

However, they met and exceeded my expectations. I called first thing in the morning to check on sizes and prices and made an appointment for that afternoon over lunch. They were able to get me in and out over my lunch hour and were very polite and fair priced. The lobby was very clean and had spotless bathrooms, which, as a woman, are very important. Rim bead cleaning, bead sealant, inner wheel cleaning for balancing, and torque wrenches are all things you'll see these guys use. I was on a mission for A/T's for my Dodge looking at both Firestone Destination's and Michelins for low rolling resistance. David suggested I check out Americus Rugged A/T tires. The Firestones and Michelins were 1550-1650 out the door. The Americus Rugged A/T's were 906 out the door and their rolling resistance is as good as any A/T out there. Thanks to David, his son and Leonard's for the great suggestion delivering a great set of tires at 60% of the price of the name brands.

But I've been here a few times for car maintenance, and what I really appreciate about this place is that the employees are easy to talk to, and they don't try to upsell me on random crap that my car doesn't need. They'll always tell me of any issues they find with it, but they don't try to pressure me into getting things fixed right then, or even at their store. Overall, they have a nice, clean, and quiet sitting area, and their employees are always friendly (Kenny is especially nice ). I took my car through this car wash on January 20th. I got out of the car once I went through the wash to dry it off really good, even though it was 10 degrees. I like to make sure the car wash cleaned it good and dry it so there are no water spots. I noticed lots of a small scratches all over the hood, mirrors and trunk. I filed a complaint with the office and received an email saying there is no way that the car wash caused these scratches. Remind you, this is a brand new car so where else would this have happened. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS THROUGH THIS CAR WASH IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR. BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR CARS I filed a claim and was told that the scratches were not from my recent visit to crew carwash. I have filed a complaint with The BBB AND I will be looking to sue for damages to my Brand new car. This was definitely done by your carwash and I will be sharing my experience with everyone who will listen.

Great service at a reasonable price…read more Shortly after moving to the Columbus,IN area, my car started having problems. This place was recommended to me by co-workers and I'm glad they did. I've visited Automobile Diagnostics twice for separate repairs and left both times feeling great. The mechanics (they prefer Auto Service Technicians) are friendly and very willing to talk. To me, it seemed they really enjoy their job. I didn't feel rushed, they took time to answer my questions. Both times I've taken my car here (timing belt and then distributor), I've gotten quotes and, both times, Auto Diagnostics was the lowest. Both times it took around 24 hours to get my car back. To me, those two jobs are hard, time consuming work and it says a lot that they were able to get it done that quickly. It says even more that I have had NO problems after the repairs. They get the job done right the first time. It did take a few days to get my car in. Though, to me, that means they're busy and you don't stay busy if you're not good at what you do. The front office is clean and comfortable and they mange to keep their hands clean, even though their line of work tends to be dirty and messy. As far as I know, they don't specialize in any particular brand yet I've seen a variety of cars in their lot and garage. That fact, coupled with them staying busy, to me means they know what they're doing. As far my vehicles go, its not even worth considering another shop from now on. I know where to go to get my cars fixed.

I told them I wanted the replacement tire put on the rim and, because they were so busy, don't mess with the spare, I can put the new tire on. 1 hour and $135 later, I'm advised that anti-seize lubricant was used on the stems and 1 broke, 2 won't tighten. why did they even mess with the spare?!? Then they came to tell me that 2 studs broke now and 1 won't tighte. I said to get the car out in the parking lot and my mechanic will take care of it because I'm not paying them for stems that should have never been messed with and shouldn't have broken off unless THEY DID SOMETHING to it! I walked home and will have to pay to buy new stems and a ride service company to take me over there so I can do it myself if my mechanic is busy. To anyone not aware: I never thought about only taking in the rim inside to replace. They shouldn't have even taken the car in the garage! Also, "mounting" isn't for putting the tire on the rim. It means putting it on the car. These things are good to know so you don't get scammed. At least I know now! Don't go here!
