I have a brand new car, I had never taken it through a car wash yet. I bought my new car January 2…read moreand it had 15 miles on it. So I know there is no way that the car was already scratched. I took my car through this car wash on January 20th. I got out of the car once I went through the wash to dry it off really good, even though it was 10 degrees. I like to make sure the car wash cleaned it good and dry it so there are no water spots. I noticed lots of a small scratches all over the hood, mirrors and trunk. I filed a complaint with the office and received an email saying there is no way that the car wash caused these scratches. Remind you, this is a brand new car so where else would this have happened. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS THROUGH THIS CAR WASH IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR. BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR CARS I filed a claim and was told that the scratches were not from my recent visit to crew carwash. I have filed a complaint with The BBB AND I will be looking to sue for damages to my Brand new car. This was definitely done by your carwash and I will be sharing my experience with everyone who will listen.

I complained to the Indiana Attorney General when Top Dog failed to honor gift cards. These cards…read morehad Top Dog logos on them and I had used them prior to the car wash being closed most of the winter. They told the Attorney General that they decide each case at the time. This tells me they have cheated other people. In any case they are still not honoring their gift cards. Here's their reply: To Whom This Concerns, I received a letter from the Indiana State Attorney General's office regarding the above case number. After reviewing the complaint this is what happened. We have situations like this that occur occasionally and after speaking with the customer at that time a decision is made from that discussion. There is no way to remember one customer, what was discussed and what the outcome was. We do not just turn customers away; we have guidelines and adhere to them so that all customers are treated equally. We purchased Top Dog Carwash in January of 2022. We have no way to verify purchases, amounts purchased, services prices have changed. In November 2022 our carwash was struck by lightning and the carwash automatic tunnel has been down (not operating) ever since. My mother is not one to complain but swallowed her pride and went back the next day. They absolutely refused to do anything for her. All she wanted was to get the interior cleaning that she PAID for. Walk, no RUN from this business, they take advantage of the elderly and will certainly do the same to you! UPDATE: The manager made good on the promise to do it right.
