This place is not permanently closed and it's horrible. The customer service is even worse. The car wash it self doesn't work correctly including the dryer. The stuff that scrubs your car is very rough on the car as well. Overall not good, do not come here. read more

Worst car wash experience ever. Only driving through town I stopped to wash my car and was told that all the washes provide drying..... didn't happen. Complained so they provided another car wash and experienced the same thing. When I requested a higher level car wash and he said they are all the same due to it being broke. I made multiple attempts to reach Victoria. The number provided went to a better voice mail. The first time I chose to speak to the local car wash. They have never heard of her. Second call, I was actually able to speak to a "customer service " representative. She didn't know who Victoria was. She had all my information. Saw my claim. She would resubmit. That was 2 weeks ago. Still no word. That was my last attempt. Will never use again and advise all to be wary. Katey read more

I get my oil changed at Take 5 so I wanted to try a car wash from this location. Something I saw online that I really liked was the complimentary DIY detailing center and free vacuums. I'm tired of paying for a car wash and then paying for a vacuum after the car wash. I immediately was greeted in the line by an employee who showed me the options. There were I believe 4 options for car wash ranging from somewhere around $13 all the way to $26. I chose the $21 package and was put through the wash within two minutes. As I was going through, I felt like the car wash was longer and more active than any other car wash I had been to. I really enjoyed that part! After, I headed to the vacuum and detailing center. I cleaned all the trash out of my car and then got to work vacuuming. I appreciated how powerful the vacuums are! At many places you have to pray that the vacuum will work after paying for it, but that's not a problem here. I vacuumed the mats, the floor, and the seats in no time. The interior cleaner spray worked really well too. I wasn't doing a major detailing job, just wanted to get some dust off the dashboard, but it looked and smelled really clean after that. The window cleaner worked pretty well too, but I didn't put a lot of energy into cleaning the windows. As I was looking around the exterior of my car, I noticed it just really wasn't fully clean. To be fair, it's a white car, so I know it probably needs so extra attention, but that's why I spent $21 instead of the cheapest I could get. It was a bit disappointing to pay so much without the results I wanted. I didn't ask if I could go through again, which I kinda regret, but I just don't love confrontation! The very worst customer service/experience I have EVER encountered. STAY AWAY. My accounts were closed 3 months ago and they are STILL charging my card on the 8th of every month and that is after closing and reisuing a debit card. I went there to get my car washed and wheels done. she only sprayed half of my car so my passenger side didn't even get cleaned. then after inspecting my car my wheels didn't even get cleaned. customer service was great but quality of the wash was terrible never again read more
