Roberta claimed that it would smooth out over time but it never happened - to this day my seats look baggy. Not only that but the side panel on the driver's seat was not reinstalled properly. I went to a local auto body shop to have this issue fixed and according to them all of the interior screws are missing and an interior connector piece is broken which is causing the panel to disconnect from the seat each time I get out of the truck. I notified the RLC of this problem and got not response. It's going to cost me $399 to fix it. My experience here was less than ideal. They also overcharge significantly for their services - I highly recommend getting quotes from other shops before doing business with these guys.
