ghosted and disappointed. I used CreteJack to do some garage floor leveling in 2020 and had them out again in 2022 to do some sidewalk leveling. I emailed them on 3/5 about the sidewalk sinking even mentioning that it had been 3 years any probably out of warranty but wanted to see if they could do any work to reposition the walk. Randy responded right away and asked for the contract details from when it was done originally. I replied with the details on 3/7 and asked if there was anything more needed. No response from Randy or info@cretejack.com. I sent another note on 3/7 to see if there was anything more needed. No response again from anyone. I sent my last email asking for *something* on 3/11 and still no response. I didn't expect them to correct the walk for free but I did expect some type of response since I was a two time customer. Given their lack of response for a simple ask I would not recommend this business for anything. read more

**Before leaving this review, we did reach out to the company and gave them feedback directly. We also did ask for a discount due to our issues, and they did give a small discount, but with zero accountability or apologies in the way our experience was handled. The work the crew did was amazing, but the communication was not handled well.** There were significant scheduling challenges we experienced throughout the whole process. While we understand that the initial three delays were the result of equipment issues, the final rescheduling occurred due to a crew no-show. This was particularly frustrating given that we had been assured our appointment was a priority. When we called two days prior to confirm, we were told the crew would arrive first thing in the morning. However, by 1 PM on the day of the appointment--with no crew and no communication--we left a voicemail. We were later informed that the team was working at another location and would not be able to come that day. We then had to call again to be rescheduled and were once more promised a morning arrival with a courtesy call beforehand. While we did not receive the promised call, we are grateful the crew did arrive, and we would like to note they were professional, courteous, and completed the job well. That said, the scheduling miscommunications were extremely stressful, especially given that we had planned several weeks in advance to ensure the work would be completed before our home was listed for sale. The work was only completed on the day our home went live, adding considerable pressure to an already time-sensitive situation. We understand that some factors may have been beyond CreteJack's control. However, we believe that the situation could have been handled with better coordination and communication. At times, it felt as though there was a lack of internal alignment within their team. Given the inconvenience and the stress caused during our experience, I don't know that we could or would recommend them to anyone which really bums us out. However, if someone has better luck with communication in the future, we feel the quality of the work for the work completed was there. read more

It's so frustrating to work with a company that doesn't disclose the truth. We had a porch that is sinking and called Crete Jack. They came and quoted a price lower than other companies. And then when they showed up - surprise - our porch had already been leveled and there was no more room to inject much product. Our beef? The person who first came out surely knew this by the marks left (see below), so he surely knew this procedure had been done before. Did he say anything? No! So if you have small round marks every few feed on your concrete patio or porch and think you can use this company or one like it to level it, do not waste your time or money. Once this product is in (so, once it's been done), there isn't any more room to add much more to make any difference. You'll spend a lot of money and won't see any significant raise in your patio. Crete Jack still charged us full price and threatened to file a lien if we didn't pay. read more

I have waited 3 weeks for these people to come out to level a dangerous part of my sidewalk. They were to be out today. At 8 am, they canceled, saying their shipment of foam did not come in. What kind if a shoddy business is this? I waited 4 and a half hours for the scheduler to call. She stuck to her story. I will commend her for that? The moral of the story is to order materials properly. You might have a hard time with your business if you don't have materials. I will find another company that can serve my needs with no excuses. They severely cracked my back patio when raising it to slope away from the house. They left without explaining what happened or even summarizing the work they did. All I got was a text-message invoice after they were gone. I emailed with some questions and never received a response. Then, I called and never received a call back. All I got was multiple reminders to pay my invoice. Who has time for poor craftsmanship and horrible customer service? It seems like there are plenty of companies out there offering similar services. We recently bought a property and the previous owners showed us where the concrete had settled and also how Crete Jack had come out and brought it all back to level. I had some settling issues at another property and asked them to come fix it. I sent them pictures and they sent me a fair quote. We got delayed due to recent storm but they were quick to reschedule and come over today. They were right on time. They looked at the concrete slab in our garage, devised a plan, drilled the holes and found a 12" void under it. After pumping the foam the slab was level and even with the offset slabs - perfect! I then asked them to look at an issue I had in our basement. They drilled one hole, found a 4" void, filled it with foam, and leveled our basement ceiling and the 1st floor ceiling. We recently used CreteJack to have our sinking porch raised up. They use a concrete leveling foam and I won't have any more issues as the problem was fixed permanently.
