Decorations, it's always fun to see what they will have up when we come in..

Our favorite librarian is always there to greet us with a smile. She always remembers when we have books on hold.. The library is always clean and inviting, with free WiFi and free computer time. All the sections are clearly labelled and they have a fun area for the kiddos to play A friends of the library area is also up to date with great titles that generally look close to brand new. The prices are great and we have stocked my husbands 8th Grade English Library in his classroom with many books from here. I love this place. We are there at least twice a week.

Here is the section for the smaller young readers. Adorned with little tables where children can pull out books to read and glance at.

Absolutely wonderful library located in a small mountain town. My boys go to school down the mountain, and we've found this library to be extremely helpful in finding books they may need for school and for leisure. For a library located in a small town, they have a large selection of books. Please don't compare it to large libraries in metropolitan cities. They are not the same. This library serves its purpose + more. They have plenty of computers for use, a small section of computers for young children to play educational games, weekend and weekday workshops, and great views of the lake. My family and I enjoy this library very much and are thankful it is only a few minutes away.

    Views from reading rooms.

My favorite spot in Crestline. Free WiFi, outlets at all the tables. Big windows look onto the lake. True, there are loud toddlers, no doubt victims of their mothers' antidepressant regiments in utero. But sheesh you curmudgeons, they've got their own kids' room. Cool librarians. High schoolers smoking shatter outback. It doesn't open till 11; people wait at the doors.

Being a small town this place is vital for children. I never knew a library to be a hang out spot…read moreof children and moms to take a break until I moved here. Because of this, the library is always doing things for children. They offer activities twice a week- a craft corner and a story time (which also includes dancing/singing and a craft) The librarians are super nice and great with kids. Jessica is AMAZING with the little ones and has so much energy and excitement when she's doing her activities. She also puts puppet shows on for the children and special day activities on Saturday once in a while. The library offers fun perks, summer reading programs with prizes, monthly events when you checkout a number of books to receive prizes like Star Wars keychain, tsum tsums, lego people etc. depending on the month they have different ones and they're usually the same theme each year but with different options than the last year. I am glad for this place as it truly gives kids the opportunity to socialize and moms to take a break. Aside from that there is computers to use, a bookstore selling used books for really cheap, weekly silent book auctions, and more! Even if you don't live here, it's always a nice place for visitors to checkout. Tuesday and Thursday especially. NOTE: The library is actually located behind the post office.

A sizable amount of my childhood was spent at the libraries in my schools and city. Henceforth,…read moreI've always been partial to visiting these institutions, which led to me selecting this location to collect vote-by-mail (VBM) ballots for the Riverside Registrar of Voters leading up to the Presidential Primary Election in early 2024. I spent many hours observing the patrons and employees, as well as wandering the facility, and these are the results. First, the location is excellent. Not far from the municipal buildings, fairly close to the 91 Freeway, and on the lower edge of the sloping foothills that makes Corona one of the least efficient cities to travel around. Fortunately, the library doesn't share that flaw. Inside is a long hallway lined with the circulation desk and many displays of artwork and Lego models. These are rotating decor, but it's fun to watch kids casting votes for the best item. Another grand hallway joins perpendicular to the main one and this leads to the extensive children's section, and also has passport services and a sizeable Friends of the Library bookstore (separate review for that). Computers, conference rooms, instructional classrooms, and study rooms are available. A couple other favorite areas Include the large boardgame section and Teens area with its impressive selection of Manga anime and studyhall. Even if the same bad middleschool kids got kicked out almost daily for being loud and obnoxious, it was entertaining. A co-worker commented one day after the second or third incident: "There's the instigator, the girl with the red sneakers." Good times. On a personal note, it's nice seeing that some kids still read and enjoy visiting the local library.

From the moment you walk in, you're surrounded by gorgeous stained glass windows and thoughtful touches everywhere you look. There are several inviting reading and learning rooms, plus a dedicated children's section that's perfect for little ones. Outside, there's a small but lovely garden with plenty of seating; ideal for enjoying a book on a nice day. I especially loved discovering the board where anyone can post a book review. It's a great way to engage with fellow readers and get new recommendations. My husband and I make it a point to support local businesses and community resources when we travel; signing up for a library card and following their event calendar is one way we connect with each new place. This library is truly a treasure, and we highly recommend stopping by whether you're a resident or just passing through!

They assisted me with getting my official library card and went the extra mile in getting me a Cantonese language guide that was not on the shelf or checked out. It took them just 4 minutes to go in the bank and locate it. The library is clean and has a lot of sunlight coming in. They have a good variety of books. The patrons at this location seemed respectful and followed the rules. Loved the little Friends of the Library bookstore to the left upon entry that sells vinyls, DVDs and books to support the library. Love the indoor and outdoor parking.
