What is the point of two people sitting there at the front desk if they wait until you leave to send you an invoice or don't let you know they've requested 12 visits from your insurance company when you yourself didn't ask for that nor were informed that was what they were going to do. My mistake for not being more on top of things and asking more questions but I'll not ever go there again.

I really enjoy the deep tissue massages I get from her. She is great with feedback on wanting more or less pressure. Cindy listened to all of my concerns based on my military truck driving job and how my back and hips have been affected from it. She explained everything she was going to adjust and asked if I consented to having a neck adjustment before adjusting me. I have had alot more comfort and pain free days since meeting her. Im also pregnant and they have easily accommodated me. Everyone here has been amazing at making me comfortable and feeling safe with both chiropractic adjustments and massages. Ty and Heidi were great! The worst is long lasting extreme pain in my hip after Dr. Cindy decided that my hips were misaligned. It feels like my hip pops in and out of place now and it was never a problem before agreeing to her adjustments. I went there for back and neck pain and left with a new hip pain. My new doctor in MN immediately ordered an MRI and it turns out my neck is in a much more precarious place than we previously thought because Dr. Cindy only did a CT.

His knowledgable work has helped many issues, from sciatica to foot tarpal tunnel syndrome to a frozen neck. . He is really a sweet guy, but he can get right down to the nitty gritty, and work over all those locked up tendons and ligaments. He found trouble spots that I didn't know about. Not in that "we own a business so we have to be nice" sort of artificial way. But genuinely engaging and kind interactions from the very beginning. My massage was absolutely out of this world. I have had tightness and soreness in my shoulder for a very long time now. It was at the point it had been hampering my daily life and comfort.
