She was kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and went beyond the call of duty to help me in my complicated case. She then referred me to someone for a new appointment and the same day, but they had to close the office early because of weather! Nevertheless, that same afternoon I got a phone call from another wonderful person who spent 45 minutes on the phone, helping me with another aspect of my case. So, this office gets five stars. My kids enjoy climbing in there with a book. The adult section is nice too. It's a beautiful round space with lots of sunlight and work / reading spaces. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. As long as you have the proper credentials it will take you no more than 10 minutes to get a library card. They constantly have events for kids and adults. They have brand new Blu rays,4k Blu rays,DVDs, and video games available to rent.
