When compared with Fedex.com website shipping rates using weight and dimensions, total shipping cost was around $200 -- meaning a $150 price difference. I can certainly understand a business wanting to make some money, but I think $150 way too much. I called this business to discuss the price difference and he's sticking to his guns that it's accurate and that no mistake was made in calculations. Just a heads up to other consumers that you may want to consider someplace else that's more in line with FedEx's published rates. Also of interest, there's a $2 charge for dropoff's with pre-paid return stickers, so if you're an Amazon customer looking to send something back to them with a pre-paid return you'll need to shell out $2 to accompany your FREE return shipment.

Staples will accept returned items purchased from Amazon. After you fill out the required information on the Amazon App, you will receive a return QR code and you can bring back the item in its original box. Packaging material and printed postage labels are not needed. This feature makes it easy to return items. The only slight disadvantage is navigating to the Online Return line. The front end has multiple lines and I wasn't sure which line to choose because the Amazon Returns Drop-Off signs were on the floor; I didn't notice this until after the fact. I would recommend re-locating the Amazon signs somewhere that is eye level. Otherwise, this feature is highly convenient and makes the return process very simple. #staples #amazon #amazonreturns #amazonreturnsdropoff
