I stopped by a few weeks ago (just before Xmas) to get a tire patched up from a nail. The lady up front greeted me, and it felt so genuine and warm. There were no issues of "this job is too small for us". It took about an hour and cost about $45. The mechanic even came to me asking where the wheel lock is because he didn't want to look through my car. That was considerate of him! While I waited (there are 2 chairs), I kept seeing repeat customers come through. The workers seemed to know everyone by name. This is clearly a family run business and they must serve everyone well for them to come back. I'm glad this place is near by and I'd recommend them even if you had to drive a little further to get there. read more

Had a wonderful experience here! Was looking long and hard for a reliable shop to mount tires, TPMS, on to my 22" rims when I came across Creonte on Hunter.com (hunter basically makes the best road force balancing machines. They noted that Creonte did not just have their equipment, but actually had their elite model. To those not familiar, hunter road force balancing machines are actually able to mimic tire contact on the road. Which really helps reduce the amount of wheel weights used, and also the accuracy of the balancing. Not only did these guys have the equipment, but they were extremely courteous and professional! They did an amazing job on mounting the tires and swapping the wheels out at an extremely fair price! Really could not have asked for more. Will be my go to shop for tires and wheels from now on! This stupid mobile tire service came to my job to replace tires on a truck and did a BAD JOB . ALL 10 of the tires were left under inflated by 30 psi. Guess I have to double check other people's work so my tires don't wear out pre maturely!! The Guy doesn't care about his job because he damaged all 4 of the wheel center caps ! DENTED THEM. I guess I should of removed all of them Lug nut caps and center caps prior to service cause this AMATEUR TIRE PLACE CANT HANDLE THEM. Looks like he took a hammer to them when they just snap on without FORCE. Not to mention I payed for the nice chrome caps out of pocket and now they are all damaged. Pisses me off . Good place with fair prices to get new tires. I have an X5 and had a flat. The ordered me a new tire same day and were quick and efficient. They were very accommodating because I had a baby. Mike mentioned the next time they could come to my house and pick up my car and then bring it back to me which I thought was incredibly sweet offer. I went to Creonte Tire for the state inspections and one of the tires had a very tiny scratch on the sidewall. They said I had to replace the tire and it was not safe anymore. I spent more than $100 to replace a relatively new tire. Years later, our other car had a same issue and the scratch was bigger than the previous one. I went to Costco Tire and was told not every tiny scratch needed replacement. My tire's scratch was cosmetic and didn't affect its performance. By then, I realized I wasted the money replacing a tire with Creonte Tire. They lied to me. They are one of those auto repair centers taking advantage of women. read more

Possibly the worst experience with a garage EVER! They upsell you, take you for granted and make you wait UNTIL YOU CALL THEM FOR AN UPDATE. Then after spending $1500 of your hard earned money on brake repair the sub par mechanics left air in my brake line! At least they said they would give me a free estimate to get that fixed as well! What can I say, this place has been a true life saver for me. Being a young female, admittedly, going into a mechanic shop is a bit overwhelming and confusing, but they truly are so kind and patient. They have never once tried to up-sell me or try to find things wrong with my car, and they always do a fantastic job. Took my car into the shop with a broken strut. Had ordered many parts that I knew needed to be replaced after a long winter (full suspension [shocks, struts, springs], motor mounts, o2 sensors, brake pads/rotors/lines/shoes). Took everything to the shop in the trunk and asked them to do what they could in my budget. Picked the car up...everything had been installed, and they had a full print out of any other area that I should eventually repair. I was even told it would be cheaper if I didn't order directly from the dealer...as long as the parts I ordered were the right ones, they had no problem using them. Very personable. Understood my budget and went out of their way to work with me while I was traveling. Labor prices are some of (if not the most) reasonable ones I've encountered since moving to Mass. Would go no other place for repairs, and will leverage their expertise going forward. read more

Amazing Service! We were touring colleges in the area 4 years ago and had trouble with our rental. They took us in and resolved our problem right away. Fast forward four years. Our daughter is finishing up her final year and ran into some car issues. The service was so great the first time around we remembered them four years later. Unbelievable Customer Service. I am totally satisfied. I brought in a flat tire for my Jeep to be repaired. I just dropped off the tire. i expected to just get the tire back and have to go home and put the spare back on the back of the vehicle. But they came out to my vehicle placed the tire on the back of the vehicle and even checked the tire pressure monitoring system for all 5 tires. This is above and beyond service. I've been to Creonte twice now. First time I had all four tires rebalanced on my Jeep after painting the wheels. Creonte did a decent job on the balance, and even took it for a test drive, but didn't tighten the lugs as well as I would have liked. I was charged $15/wheel for the balancing, which is a great price. My second experience was worse. I had sidewall damage and needed a single tire replaced. I called in advance to make sure they would have an exact match for my three good tires, and was quoted $102 for the replacement. The wait time for the work was a little long this time despite coming in first thing in the morning, and when it came time to pay the bill they had added a $25 mount/balance charge for the one tire. I don't know if there's a discount for balancing multiple tires, or if the fee depends on some other factor, but it was especially expensive. Most shops include mount/balance in the cost of buying a tire. Creonte is passable if you're desperate, but I would not recommend this shop to anybody, and I would recommend checking your lugs and tire pressure after they're done. read more

This place saved me $600 dollars from a horrible situation with a dealership. Car dealership told me I needed new brakes, so I got a second opinion from Creonte tire. They said my brakes were good for a long while (but I decided front brakes and rotors needed to get done). They got me in the next day after I called to schedule an appointment and then showed me my brakes and what to look for when your brakes start to go. I can't believe the dealership was going to charge me over $900 for something that didn't even need to get done! Creonte gave me an estimate that was a little more than half that. I have been a customer of Creonte since 2016 and have bought two sets of tires from them (winter and summer sets) and go to them twice a year for a seasonal swap. I've noticed that their equipment for pumping air into tires is not accurate at all. Many times after the swap, my tire pressures are never at the correct pressure. I have to end up doing it myself. Also, their turnaround time is extremely slow. I dropped off my car at 1030am specifically asking it to be done by 130pm as I had a flight to catch. The car was only done at 230pm and I know for a fact mounting tires does not take this long. It is just a very slow place that doesn't really appreciate customer's time. I am very disappointed with this place and I hope they improve their efficiency and services in the future. read more

I had asked for new all season for my tiny car which is useless in the snow. They suggested snow tires at the same price and were able to install in same day. I live in a condo and need to shovel out my own car so the plow can clear the spot. Last year I would need to shovel every inch of snow around my tires and behind car where snow plow made a much larger bank and I was still spinning and needed to be pushed out. In an era when good customer service is a rarity, their excellent service is truly remarkable! I had the misfortune (OK, stupidity) of driving over a curb resulting in not one but two flat (OK, mutilated) tires. Creonte happened to be one of the closest repair shops and when I called them all of ten minutes before they closed at 5 pm I didn't think there was any chance that I would be able to have use of my car until the next day. They sent someone over (Josh, who was great) who arrived literally in about 5 minutes! He put jacks on the car, removed the rims to take back to the garage and then brought them back mounted with new tires in record time on a very hot day. Their prices are reasonable and they didn't even add any extra fees for this incredible level of service! So what could have turned into a huge ordeal and hassle was resolved start to finish in less than an hour. Wow! When is the last time you've experienced such good care from any business, let alone one in auto repair?!? I heard about Creonte and they said they would take a look free of charge and quote me from there. Not only did they get me an actual quote they called around other shops to compare prices, and found me the best parts for my car for a cheaper price. My car was in perfect hands.
