We were greeted with a beautiful smile and escorted to a private area. The area was elegantly separated from the main dining area with ceiling to floor velvet drapes. The space felt intimate and beautifully prepared for such a large party. Each guest rcvd 2 drink tickets. Each place setting contained prix fixe menu, a glass of water and chilled water in glass bottles for convent refills. Service was top notch. Drink selections were taken immediately after taking a seat. I ordered House Made Lemonade that was perfectly prepared...not too sweet or tart. Once the majority of the guests arrived, each table was served multiple portions of PANE AL FORMAGGIO V & SALUMI & FORMAGGI BOARDS. Both starters were freshly prepared and delicious. Our entree orders were taken as we continued networking & enjoying the starters, followed by a Caesar Salad. For my entree, I chose the CHARGRILLED BRANZINO GF and it exceeded my expectation. The headless whole fish stuff with fresh garlic & capers was served over a large portion of broccolini. The taste was amazing and the portion was generous. I was only able to finish a quarter of my entree but there was no way I was leaving anything behind. Several guests felt the same and also requested to go containers. Hubby and I passed on Tiramisu. We had no room left. Overall this was an amazing dining experience. I applaud the staff for the excellent service they delivered. I hope to visit the next time we're in Orlando.

For my drink, I got a lemon drop and it was perfect! The bread that they have as a starter along with the dipping sauce of olive oil, herbs and spices was so so good. Everything was very fresh and delicious. We all ordered different dishes and no one had any complaint about any of them which is rare for a party of that size. The calamari was so good that it took me back to when I spent time in Italy during the summer and I wish I could've ate more if I wasn't so full. The portion size of the meals were great, especially considering the cost of the meal. You definitely get a great bang for your buck. All of my friends and I were at a consensus of this is a place that we have to visit again! I can't wait to go back and try more dishes and drink drinks.

The caprese was ok. I personally wouldn't order it again. I was craving seafood so I ordered their Shrimp Scampi paired with Chardonnay. My pasta was exactly what I was craving, the shrimp were big, and I ended up eating all my protein. But ate my leftover pasta the next day. My friend ordered their Amatriciana along with a red wine. I am a die heart bacon girly. And OMG the CHUNKS on my friends pasta were insane. That cut of bacon was so flavorful. I have to come back just for my own plate. The overall vibe of the restaurant was really nice, and the service was good, although nothing particularly outstanding. The biggest downside was the bathroom. It was honestly pretty disgusting, with paper towels all over the floor and a very strong urine smell. I'd absolutely come back for the pasta, especially the lasagna, but I really hope they pay more attention to the cleanliness of the restrooms.

Our reservation wasn't until 8pm on a Tuesday, but despite the timing, the restaurant was packed during our entire meal. We started out with two glasses of red wine and a jumbo shrimp cocktail appetizer, all of which was delicious. For entrees, we had the Rigatoni alla Zozzona and the Aragosta e Frutti di Mare Fra Diavolo. The rigatoni was a flavorful, creamy pasta dish, which we preferred over the other, but both were great. The Aragosta featured lots of fresh seafood. For dessert, we had the crème brûlée, which was lit on fire, and a cannoli. An excellent meal overall! The ambiance inside is classic Italian with dim lighting and a lot of noise due to the busyness of the restaurant - not a complaint, just an observation. There's also an accordion player that goes around, which is a nice touch. The service was very high end and professional, although it was a bit slow. We were seated quickly, but it took a while before we were provided any menus, and once we ordered it took quite some time for the food to arrive. Overall, this is definitely a great date night or special occasion spot worth trying!

This was my first time at Tratto and I already have made plans to return. My plans include trying another new-to-me pizza combination but no promises. I might get the pesto and mortadella on repeat for the foreseeable future. The pizzas can be ordered in Thin crust or Detroit style. I ordered my pizza as thin crust which was exceptional and my dining partner ordered a Detroit style with pepperoni and thoroughly enjoyed it. We both had enough leftovers to take home for another meal. This restaurant accepts reservations. The service was attentive and efficient. In Atlanta this was one of our go-to easy dates night spots if we had some shopping to do at Lenox. We had an unexpectedly boozy night the night before and wanted something easy and delicious and known instead of our initial plan to try a wine bar that was new to us. I skipped drinks altogether. Sean got a glass of Pinot Noir I got a favorite of mine- the Bolognese and my husband got the chicken parm. Both we were familiar with from previous experiences at the Atlanta location. Both solid choices. We also had a bread service and vining at served with that was different. Really good and a touch sweet. I asked the server to find out what the brand of vinegar used was and she did. She also offered to get me a little cup of it to take home with additional bread. What she actually brought out was a soup cup full of it. I looked up the brand and she basically gave me a full bottle of the vinegar free of charge as a take home garnish. What a sweet and and adorable gesture. Management; you are seeing this she was delightful and so sweet and I hope I did not get her in trouble. This was an incredibly kind gesture. She could not have been more adorable helpful or likable. We also got the butter cake. The seasonal version was a banana and oh my god was it good. We almost ordered a second helping. Just a fair warning if you dine at night this location is quite dark. Our Server was Justice who was truly the sweetest person.

**Avoid This Place - Ruined Birthday Experience**…read more We went here to celebrate a birthday, and while the staff did acknowledge the occasion with a birthday wish upon arrival, the entire dining experience went downhill fast from there. We ordered from the 3-course Magical Dining menu, expecting a standard 1-hour dinner. Instead, it was dragged out over 2 agonizing hours. The lack of customer service and attentiveness was appalling; it took an eternity for each course to reach our table. We couldn't help but feel we were being sidelined and deprioritized simply because we opted for the promotional menu. To prove it wasn't a kitchen delay, the table right next to us was turned over *twice* while we were still waiting on our meals. The General Manager did end up removing an appetizer from our final bill to try to make up for the atrocious service, but taking a few dollars off doesn't fix a ruined birthday dinner. To top it off, when I tried to share feedback directly, the QR code on the receipt to fill out their customer survey conveniently didn't work either. It was my parent's anniversary and the server also brought them 2 complimentary glasses of Champagne which was very nice. The food came out quickly and my Caesar Salad was amazing! It was deconstructed so had two romaine lettuce stalks, one long bar of toasty focaccia, a ton of shaved Parmigiana and even an anchovy!
