Sadly, I have to update my previous review...and not for the better. Had Creno's taco pizza in Zanesville and fell in love with it, so I tried to order the same in Johnstown. The taco pizza from the Johnstown location was not remotely the same. The main difference? The pizza had NO meat! I thought maybe they made it wrong and skipped the meat altogether, but I did end up finding a couple of pieces here and there. But it literally only had 2 or 3 small pieces of unseasoned meat on the entire pizza. No taco flavor whatsoever. The other beef (pun intended) I have with them is that the pizza came out stony cold. We ordered 2 pizzas and a calzone that night. We had to wait at least 20 minutes in store beyond the designated pickup time, which I normally don't mind because hey, you get piping hot pizza, right? Wrong! Both of our pizzas were totally cold. I'm assuming the calzone took extra time and they just let the pizzas sit and chill while the calzone continued to cook. Lesson learned, never order calzone and pizza together ever again. Admittedly, it was a fundraiser and an extremely busy night for them, so I thought maybe it was an isolated incident and gave them a second chance. This time, I ordered my go-to sausage pizza only to find out that the quality has gone downhill significantly. The sausage no longer tastes like true sausage....it was just crumbled up greasy hamburger. And I do mean GREASY. I was left with a very upset stomach, as were the rest of the members of the household. No more Creno's for us. read more

You always hear about how hard it is for small businesses in this economy, but yet this business has delivered to my address multiple times recently. Just placed a large order for them to just call me and say sorry you are a 1/2 mile outside of our radius. Really you passed on a $65 pizza order over a 1/2 mile. This pizza place is a joke. Several times I have walked in to not have anyone at the front of the store. They don't have a door chime so you have to call the store to get anyone to stop hanging out in the back and help you. Lunch deals are a great price so it gets a second star but they have a piece of paper taped to their window with the wrong peices. They just don't seem to care at all so if Johnstown gets ANY decent pizza place near them that delivers they are going down fast. read more

Wow. Slowly the service has been getting bad. Tonight Kayleb answered the phone while I am waiting for someone to come to counter. He takes order and walks out back. I am still standing there looking at there mag. People walk in. Phone rings again. Kayleb takes order. Then asks people who came in behind me if he could help them. I then spoke up said cancel my order. He then said I should have articulated ? Hmmm I order a pizza. Come in to pick up. Wait. No ones asks me if I needed assistance, and I failed to articulate? Hmmm No more money to this company. Must be why they are out of business in granville. Just wow. Lol read more

Surprised by the lower reviews here. I really enjoyed the pizza, but I also prefer a sweeter sauce. The subs were pretty packed with goodness & a very good size. My only complaint, would be the price, certainly not close to the cheapest, that I have had. Will order again though. read more

This review is based on the subs and stromboli. Haven't tried the pizza yet. My brother and I stopped in for 2 large subs and a stromboli. They always have coupons for 2 for $14. Reg price for a sub is $8. Which is still going to be a good value. Subs were amazing. Generous with meat and toppings. I had Philly cheese w/jalepenos and my brother was equally impressed with his Turkey club. Easily the best subs I've had around here. Stromboli all the way is awesome. Everything on it and a sweet marinara for dipping. If their pizza is as good as everything we had, this will be my go-to pizza place. read more

This is a run of the mill pizza place. They have ok pizza but tend to skimp on toppings. My go to pizza is pepp-2x mushroom and from here it was barely another places regular mush. The people are always friendly and they have good pickup times. Delivery runs a little long but nothing to write about. read more

Placed an order for delivery and the phone was disconnected before we were told how much my charge card would be charged or how long it would be. Called back immediately and could only get confirmation of my address. Waited 50 minutes and finally called and cancelled my order. The service on the phone was horrible! I would sooner pop a frozen pizza in then deal with this place. Thought we would give them a try but no pizza is worth waiting that long and the service sucks. Totinos pizza rolls are far less frustrating! read more
