I had their custom made gourmet Black Forest S'more at the Indian River Christmas Light Celebration. It was honestly the best s'more I've had in my life. Fireside Mallow has come up with the adult version of a childhood classic. Only those store-bought marshmallows were never very good. Toasting them over a campfire was the only way to salvage them. The small store across the street from the new Indian Creek Plaza has plenty of on-street parking. The staff is friendly and they'll even toast samples for you. The huckleberry marshmallows from Fireside are wonderful. They're the ones to choose. The company's products are also available at the new Albertsons on Broadway in Boise. read more

Cute shop! We were instantly greeted by the lady working and asked if we had been in before. She then offered us a skewer with a marshmallow to try and she toasted it! So yummy and so cute. Fireside Mallow in 5: Finally, marshmallows I can Instagram. ~Can't go wrong After reading Michele & Johns reviews, Indy & I had to make the trip to check out Fireside Mallow. Note: They are available at Alberstons on Broadway in Boise so you don't have to drive all the way to Caldwell. ~Rectangles of joy Fireside Mallow is extremely easy to find and street parking is free. The lady at the counter was very helpful and we tried a sample of the Cookies & Cream marshmallows. We got a bag of those and bag of Vanilla. ~Bouji level: Expert Fireside Mallow took something ordinary and made it fancy and they did it exceptionally well. They are not messing around, these are gourmet marshmallows. A bag of these would make a nice gift, the packaging is on point, very chic. The quality of these marshmallows is tops and they are really worth the price. Pro tip: Fireside Mallows are available across the street at Flying M Coffeeshop. I recommend tossing one in a mocha or latte just for fun. Indy recommends throwing a Fireside Mallow in hot chocolate. read more
