There's meat out there that's lost. It's color from Bright red like a dull brown color looks rotten and for the prices are outrageous. The stock of items is always low or out. Bottle water they leave outside the Store roasting in the heat not recommend buying those. There is never enough checkers is the one line is only open and they all looked so happy to be there when they're actually not the store used to be really good but not anymore it's went way downhill and they're losing customers dramatically. It lost my service and they will lose other customers as time goes on when I pass on the message about the store. Don't shop at the store prices are extremely high for low quality or expired even rotten products. It was a convenience because it's close by my home, but I will go a little further to go to either Trader Joe's or Safeway. That was not the case, I walked in, and let the gentleman in the service booth know what happened, and he told me to go do some shopping and to let the cashier know I have a refund coming when I check out. I did some light shopping because I was unable to exchange these due to them only being available for the fall. I purchase some Pad See Ew in the frozen section, as well as Enchiladas, and Birria. The Novato store has excellent customer service, and is always clean! The parking is so much better now that they're the only store there; besides the coffee shop at the other end of the lot. Instead of professionalism, I was publicly humiliated by an employee who told me, "Hey amiga, control your kids or don't bring them at all," in front of other customers. To make it worse, this employee was later identified to me as the owner's/CEO's son, which explains the complete lack of accountability and respect. Shaming a mother after she paid for damages is disgusting behavior. If this is how leadership allows customers especially parents to be treated, it says everything about this business.
