Terrible experience with these guys. $293 for them to tell me I need to dig a new well. I had asked them to diagnose why my pump is not pulling the water left in my well into my house. They failed to diagnosis the issue or really try. He was here for about 30 minutes. Never check the suction, the foot valve, the piping, etc. Then my technician out right lied to his boss and said I tried to hire him under the table. I was given an estimate of $613.81 to replace a filter and outlet tee in the pump tank that is just starting to corrode. Less than a month after having the septic tank, as well as pump tank pumped (recommended every 6-8 years), I was told that I would also be charged another $395.00 to have it all pumped again in order to replace this. The woman I spoke to became very rude and short with me when I even questioned this. Horrible customer service, and totally not expected from someone representing a family business!! read more

This company did not just recently begin behaving the way these comments post. Back in 2011 I began having drain/septic problems. My wife called them. They could not have gotten to my home any faster unless by helicopter. I was advised that my system needed to be pumped out, drain lines power cleaned and a new distribution box installed. I was a complete babe regarding this whole issue, the price quoted was $4800. Having just gotten out of the hospital from surgery and feeling awful, I said so $5000 will cover it. Answered, yes. I, in my ignorance, said go ahead. Charged $5000 not $4800 (I still have the receipt.) Seemed to be fixed but, alas, less than a year passed and had the same problem again. I called a different company this time. The man came out and told me my tank needed pumping again. I told him about the previous experience and he shook his head (not good but bad.) This man said the lines may need power cleaning, also told me the new distribution box really too small. He began to rod the lines out and found that 2 of the 4 were stopped up completely with tree roots. I told him the lines were rodded out last time. That is when he told me that it was just impossible for tree roots to become as thick as they were in less than a year. He cleared the roots and pressure cleaned all of the lines. He told me if I would seek legal action against Creech that he would go to court and testify for me. Nah, I'll chock it up to learning experience. This man's charge $500. He told me that he could not give me a warranty on a 25 year old system but he said he was sure my problem was fixed. I write this ten years later and have not had a minutes problem since. Oh! And one last bit of information. I called a company in Clayton, NC that installed new septic systems and asked how much they would charge me to install a new system. Price $3500. This is a true story and I was the sucker. Use this company at your own peril. read more

BUYER BEWARE!! Creech's Plumbing uses deceitful business practices and charges for services they don't actually perform. They over charge for pumping services so PLEASE shop around and don't over pay like I did. I contacted Creech's Plumbing to come inspect my septic drain line issue and was charged for services I never received. Their office quoted me ($200) to inspect the system but also required the tank be pumped out before the inspection ($350). The 3 workers pulled off the lid and pumped the tank within minutes. They quickly determined that they couldn't get to the D box (under the sidewalk) (key part of the inspection process) and said they couldn't inspect the lines (which is where my issue is). Since they never inspected my system I felt I shouldn't be a charged for the service. One of the guys on site was the owners son so he calls his dad and puts me on the phone. Within minutes of the conversation the owner started swearing at me. The young man agreed with me that it wasn't right. So not only do you get screwed by there scam but the owner also has an attitude. Do yourself a favor and don't use this outfit. read more

We called them on Friday and they came out on Monday. That is the best i can say. Once they arrived they wanted to sell us on a camera inspection of the drain lines. We passed. They then attempted (unsuccessfully) to snake the drain. Once that didn't work they changed to a jet and were able to get the main drain clear. They were told that one of the sink drains stopped as a result of the main drain being clogged and that needed to be cleared. All of this was a result of the main drain being clogged. They removed the p-trap and then left and said they had to speak with their boss tomorrow. We called two days later (3 times before we got an answer) and were told that they hadn't done anything to the backed up sink drain (they had since they removed the p-trap) and when challenged they said that we would have to pay them to come out again to snake that sink and would have to pay as if this were an unrelated item (which it wasn't). Rather than charging us for the extra time they wanted to gouge us. If you want a plumber to charge you for a half done job they are a great choice. If you want a plumber to take care of the issue with your best interest at heart I would run screaming from them. Arrived at 9:27 a.m. left at 11:02 a.m. sent a bill for $1,066 which had no material on it. You decide. read more
