They arrived promptly, quickly located my septic tank, and--even after mentioning that this was one of the most "challenging" clogs they'd seen in a while--they still had everything cleared within an hour. Scheduling was extremely easy and even though I was calling right before a holiday weekend, they got me on the schedule immediately. Their pricing was also very reasonable AND they had a 25% off coupon for new customers. SOLD. Wayne and Tyson showed up earlier than expected, which was wonderful, and got straight to work. I do have an exposed "lid" and (knowing zero about septic) I believed that was where it would be pumped from, but to my dismay they informed me we will needed to locate and dig up the other lid. I'm a woman home alone, panicking thinking "how are we going to find this?" - well, fortunately, experts came with the package! Wayne located my actual lid within 30 seconds of just probing the ground, and Tyson had it dug up within minutes!! The actual pumping process was very quick, and they replaced the lid and filled the hole back in, good as new. These guys are prompt, efficient, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about the service they were providing. I am still no septic expert, but now I know one!

Some suggestions for improvement: Please ask them if you have a septic field versus a tank and how big it is. They also tried to sell me risers (which I found are nice but not necessary).
