At the time they offered a package that included a couple of facial sessions, and it was a really good experience. Every mole they removed healed beautifully with no scarring. Unfortunately, my skin develops new moles with sun exposure, so over the years I've gotten more. I'm back now to have 8-10 or more small spots on my face removed. They no longer offer the package, but the cost is reasonable enough that I think it's worth it. This place is great. They offer lots of different facial services, they're very fast, and the staff is Korean but they speaks English.

I also want to mention how friendly and professional the staff was, especially Jennifer. She was so knowledgeable and had such a bright, welcoming personality. But then when I got into the actual facial procedure, it didn't go so well. I was assigned someone named Kyung. She used the needle/lancet A LOT. I had maybe one stubborn, deeper pimple, but the fact that she used a needle to puncture and squeeze a bunch of spots caused a lot of scarring/hyperpigmentation that's taken me over two weeks now to exfoliate and get rid of, and its not yet near to being clear. If their smaller ones that can be squeezed then a lot is normal- but the needle was used probably over 20 times. Not only that, but every time she spoke, it was always an attempt to get more money. First, it was asking if I wanted to buy a package or some sort of membership. She asked twice and kept on being pushy as she was doing the procedure. Next, she asked me to tip at least twice as well, and reminded me several times, even got the physical sign with her venmo/PayPal and showed it to me, to make sure I understood. Note that maybe had we made other small talk, then maybe, just maybe the way she was so pushy and trying to get more money out of me would be fine, but it was really every moment she spoke was an opportunity to get more money. It's a horrible feeling. That said, I wouldn't recommend trying, unless perhaps you're fluent in Korean and could veer the conversation to other things or speak more firmly when sold to.

Out of everything I've done, RF Microneedling with Skinbooster Juve combined with InMode has made such an incredible difference in my skin and tightening. The results have honestly done wonders for my overall texture, appearance, and confidence. And Rejuran has easily become another one of my absolute favorites to which my skin always looks and feels so refreshed, healthy, and rejuvenated afterward. What I especially love about CKE is that it never feels like you're just walking in and being given a random treatment. From the moment you arrive, Ellen takes the time to evaluate your skin and understand what you're looking to improve, and the entire staff is incredibly kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I always feel genuinely taken care of. There's also something about the experience here that makes every appointment feel like a little luxury and self-care day. You leave feeling pampered, refreshed, and excited about your skin, and the fact that I've continued coming back and trying different treatments speaks for itself! I've recommended CKE and the treatments I've had here to so many people because when I find somewhere I truly trust with my skin, I want everyone to know about it. If you're looking to invest in your skin while also getting that luxurious, pampered experience, CKE Skincare is absolutely worth it. This review is so long overdue as I've been coming to Irene Skintopia for three years now, and I…read morehonestly can't say enough good things about this place. When I first came in, my skin barrier was in really bad shape from trying way too many products and doing way too much to my skin. They told me my skin barrier was super thin and needed a lot of TLC. After consistently coming here for the past three years, my skin barrier is SO much stronger, my skin is clearer, and so much more glowy. I only wear a tiny bit of concealer in my day to day and get SO many compliments on my skin now. This was not the case before and I owe it all to Joy (my facialist)! Joy is my facialist, and she is truly the best. I absolutely love seeing her and look forward to every facial. Her treatments feel like a combination of a lymphatic drainage massage, extractions, and LDM all in one. It's so relaxing, but at the same time, I always leave feeling like my skin has actually been taken care of and reset. She knows my skin so well and always knows exactly what I need. Anytime I have an emerging pimple, it completely disappears after my facial because of her work. I also get microneedling here about once a month or every other month, and it has completely transformed my skin texture. I really appreciate that they don't just do the same thing every time, they look at what my skin needs and will add things like red light therapy or whatever they think will help with healing and getting the best results. I also get Botox here, and this is genuinely the best place I've ever gone for Botox. I've had some pretty bad Botox experiences in the past, including in Korea, where I really hated how it looked. At Irene's, my Botox is always done very conservatively and naturally. I still look like myself, just more refreshed. And to top it off, the entire staff is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and I especially love seeing Irene and Edward there. Every time I walk in, they greet me with the biggest smiles, and they are just the sweetest, nicest people. You can really tell that everyone here genuinely cares about their clients. After three years of coming here, I truly trust Irene's Skintopia with my skin. They've helped me repair my skin barrier, keep my skin clear, improve my texture, and maintain results that still look natural. It is worth every single penny, and I'm so grateful I found this place. I recommend them to everyone!

Not only are Debbie and her team incredibly skilled at what they do, but they're also refreshingly honest about what you do and don't need. I've never felt pressured into a treatment. Whenever I've asked about injectables or procedures I was curious about, Debbie and her team have always taken the time to thoughtfully explain my options, provide their honest recommendations, and even suggest alternatives when appropriate. Shiny Laser's pricing is also very reasonable. While you may find cheaper options elsewhere, the level of expertise, quality of care, and results simply aren't comparable. Appointments are easy to schedule, and for routine treatments like Botox, I'm often in and out in 10 minutes. If you're looking for the latest Korean skincare technology, experienced providers, fair pricing, and a team that genuinely has your best interests in mind, Shiny Laser is the place to go.

There was no thorough facial assessment, no proper examination of my facial structure, and barely any discussion about what would actually work for my concerns. It felt like they would just go along with whatever procedure you asked about instead of giving you a professional opinion. Everything was rushed, and the injections felt unnecessarily rough. I didn't feel listened to or properly cared for. The environment was just as disappointing. The waiting room was extremely small, hot, and stuffy, with no noticeable air conditioning or fan. It felt uncomfortable and poorly ventilated. I can't imagine how unbearable it would be during the summer. The entire clinic was tiny and gave off the impression of a makeshift operation rather than a professional medical clinic. Cosmetic injections should never feel like a quick sales transaction. I expected much better professionalism, attention to detail, and a more comfortable environment. Definitely wouldn't come back.

I've never experienced the so-called hollowing or loss of volume in my cheeks, and I've been very happy with the firmness and lifting results. The results also last for almost 20 months for me. What I especially appreciate about this clinic is that they never push unnecessary treatments. They focus on safety and only recommend what is actually appropriate and needed for my skin. I also get my skincare treatments from Elle, and she is amazing! She works on my shoulders, neck, and back with traditional Korean facial massage techniques, while also helping define my facial contours. I'm a self-proclaimed skincare snob and have done everything from leech therapy, microneedling, PRP, vampire facials, IPLs, various chemical peels, and a plethora of different lasers. I had been eyeing the Scarlet RF machine for about two years now and finally decided to pull the trigger, especially since my skin has been acting up the past six months in ways I've never seen before. After doing some research on Yelp, I found Reset Laser Clinic -- they had amazing reviews and offered the Scarlet RF treatment. I'm so glad I found them because WOW, I was beyond impressed. First of all, there was zero downtime -- and I saw instant results. My skin looked noticeably more plump and refreshed right after the treatment, and it continues to improve day by day. For anyone unfamiliar, the Scarlet RF microneedling machine improves skin tone, texture, and reduces the appearance of wrinkles and scars. It combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy to stimulate collagen production and tighten the skin. Results are immediate, but they keep getting better over the next six months! Reset Clinic also offers an amazing package that combines three treatments in one session: Scarlet RF, PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma): where your own blood is drawn, processed to concentrate the healing platelets, and then applied to boost regeneration and healing, Rejuran (Salmon DNA Therapy): a Korean skin booster that improves hydration, elasticity, and enhances the skin's natural healing processes. Another major plus: they have their own parking lot (huge bonus for K-Town!), and my treatment also included a bit of a massage, a head spa, and a mini facial -- it felt so luxurious. I went back to work the next day without any issues. No redness, no peeling, no downtime -- just noticeably healthier, plumper skin. I'm so happy with the results and definitely plan to return for other treatments at Reset. Not sponsored, by the way -- but I did chat with them afterward about my experience, and they generously offered a discount for my followers. If you mention 'JENNY', they'll give you $112 off the Scarlet RF treatment I had done! You can book with Jenny by DM'ing them on Instagram (@reset_laser_clinic) or by calling 213-455-1950 -- just let them know I sent you!

Unless you want to loose your eyelashes for…read moreseveral months... * I purchased a 6-session full face laser hair removal package. * The first session was fine and my skin had no reaction. * The 2nd and 3rd sessions weren't pleasant as it caused redness and small bumps that turned into whiteheads lasting several days. Yikes. * The 4th session (the worst and last for me) was done by an inexperienced nurse who accidentally targeted my eyelid/eyelash area with the laser. * This caused significant pain, tearing, and irritation, and part of my eyelash was burned/cut off by mistake!!!!!. * Her reaction was unprofessional when I pointed it out. * I immediately reported the issue to reception. * I was later connected to a remote nurse/clinician via video call, but the response was dismissive and unhelpful, suggesting castor oil and saying it would regrow. (yay for me ;) 5 months I hardly got to regrow my lash) * No proper care, apology, or resolution was provided. * They contacted me twice afterward: the first time I was unavailable, and the second time the caller was speaking in a loud and aggressive manner, so I asked to be contacted another day as I was not willing to continue the conversation in that tone. * It has now been several months with no refund, no resolution, and no proper communication from the clinic management. I unfortunately only took a picture right after the incident. After that the eyelash fell out & only grew back several months after (with intense care) but I didn't take any photos during that time. Summary: Very inconsistent experience, not suitable for sensitive skin, and poor professionalism, skill level, and customer service throughout. I absolutely do not recommend.
