I walked into this store not knowing much about their products, but I left a happy and knowledgeable customer. The employee who helped us was very informed about each product they demonstrated and explained everything in great detail. As we browsed the rest of the store, they allowed us to test other products and thoroughly explained the benefits of each one. I went simply to look around as the shop smelled nice. Immediately I was greeted by a worker, I believe his name was Baylor or something similar to that. He asked us if we would like to sample some soaps, cleanser, and a moisturizer. Seeing first-hand how clean and soft my hands felt was amazing! He also showed me this cleanser which i watched physically brighten my skin. He helped me mix my own personal lotion and his customer service was phenomenal. Went window shopping with my boyfriend and stumbled upon this store. We were immediately greeted by the employees. Everything looked so cute and honestly, kind of yummy (the cupcake bath bombs look like actual cupcakes). We were approached by Baylor and he was so funny, kind, and informative! There was a guy who looks like Gru from Despeakable me. He seriously shouldn't be in a customer service at all. My son who is on spectrum anyone can tell. I literally turned around to pay, and my son put so much tester soap. It was embarrassing. I kept apologizing yet he he kept scolding us. That is Not how you treat people w special needs esp Parents are mortified already. It is a tester soap. Train your staff please. It is Not like I was proud and and I kept apologizing and still scolding the children while parents are apologizing is a new type of a power trip. He had a nerve to go scold on my older one while I was washing my son's hands and trying to quickly pay for it and leave. I'd left with whipping cream that also doubled as shaving cream, soap, and shampoo which I never expected to be a thing. Perfect for dry climates! He also set me up with two customized body butters! Zak at MGM is a saint! Come to find out it's a fun bath store! Their bath treats literally look like treats. Some were smoothies, cupcakes, other pastries! It was super cute. They had a few things where you could make your own scent! They had lotions and cask mask that you could customize! It was super fun to make the scents we wanted and basing it off what the benefits are from the type of ingredient we were adding. We had so much stuff and were flying that we ended up getting everything shipped to us! It came about a week & a half later which wasn't surprising since it probably isn't their first priority as a store and not the warehouse. I usually hate store like Lush because everything smells like bubblegum, but Nectar Bath Treats was a nice spot in CityWalk--bright, efficiently laid-out store where you could actually smell individual products. I wanted something fun on a recent vacation and bought a shower steamer. They had three scents, and "fruit smoothie" was the scent that seemed like it'd make a drab motel room shower better, even for just a few minutes. The cool thing was that the shower steamer looked like a waffle and was perf'd into four, so I could enjoy it four times. I have a girly girl and she loves to shop, and buy bath products. As we were walking by she ran into the store and immediately wanted to shop. I knew this was going to cost me. Sure enough we couldn't resist some of the products. The sales woman tested some of the products and the soaps here leave you so soft and fresh. I Almost bought $70 worth of bubble bath products, until my husband stopped us and said "what are you crazy." Yup, we got a little crazy. So we ended up buying one of the bath soaps shaped in a cupcake, $15. I Almost bought the $35 Bubble bath that looked like a milk shake, it was buy 2 get 2 free. The sales woman said the milkshake looking product was bubble bath and one can get 6-12 uses from the cup. The atmosphere was so chill and cheerful it makes you think of rainbows and unicorns. The soaps look so realistic it was shocking. All the staff was super nice, but I had the pleasure of interacting with Ana Christina. Ana was a sweet jewel, I didn't know where to start but I knew I wanted fruity scent (Fruit smoothie, watermelon splash, champagne kisses) was my favorite and Ana knew that.
