I've been coming here for facials for over three years, and the V-Line Lymph Facial has become my absolute favorite. It works beautifully for my face, and I always love how refreshed and sculpted my skin looks afterward. Sylvia is, without a doubt, my favorite esthetician. She has an exceptional technique and an incredibly gifted touch. There are moments when her hands move across my face so delicately that it feels as if she's playing a beautiful musical instrument--awakening and bringing my skin back to life. At other times, her fingers move with a quick, rhythmic precision, almost like a beautifully choreographed dance building toward a perfect finale. It's difficult to describe, but her hands seem to know exactly what my face needs. Her technique is both graceful and remarkably precise. I'm 100% satisfied with her skill and talent, and I'm honestly a huge fan of Sylvia! The spa itself is also wonderful. It's exceptionally clean, peaceful, and well organized, making it easy to completely relax during the treatment. The free parking inside the building is another great bonus. Warning to anyone who doesn't want to feel pressured into tipping before receiving their service. I had a much-anticipated facial appointment today, and during check-in, before my service even began, I was required to pay for the $250 service. There was also an option to tip, which I found strange because tipping is typically based on the service you actually receive. I selected a standard $20 tip, fully intending to potentially leave more cash afterward. The aesthetician immediately questioned me, saying, "Wow, you're only going to tip $20? Why?" The fact that I was being questioned about my tip during check-in, before they had even provided the service, was completely inappropriate and unprofessional When I asked what was wrong with the tip, they laughed in my face. I would never have booked an appointment here had I known customers would be made to feel uncomfortable or judged over their tip amount. A tip should be voluntary and based on the service - not something you're pressured about before the service has even started. I come here for the V-line lymphatic drainage facial for $110 (just $10 more than when I first started coming) and honestly still so reasonable. My skin always leaves looking snatched, refreshed, and glowing. I also love that the results last! It's not just a feel good treatment in the moment but I can still see the difference days later. Fun fact: you can schedule a service at the same time as your friend and be in the same room together! Booking is super easy since you can just text to book an appointment and I really appreciate the flexibility. Me and my 2 sisters made 3 appointments for all of us at the same time. The place looked clean and they were very quick. Just like with any business they are trying to upsell their packages so we decided to get their v line lymphatic facial. They were working very quick I mean very fast that you don't get to enjoy each step. They used a bunch of products but to be honest I'm not sure if they used the exact same products that they sell cause some of the containers were bulk size with no labels or brands. Anyways we finished our session and left. While waiting outside I noticed my sister had a bruise under her ear on her neck on the right side, when I took a picture and showed it to her she said she could feel pain when the person was working on that part of her neck. It looked like an embarrassing bruise which took few days to go away. Then I came home and noticed a red dot which I thought it's normal after getting a facial even though they did no extractions or anything but I'm assuming it was caused by that little suction machine they did on my face. Long story short, it's been 3 week and I'm posting a picture of that red dot that still has not disappeared. The worst facial experience I've ever had and I've had over 100, including 5 trips to Korea this year. I'm extremely familiar with facials, especially Korean ones, which is why I chose this place. Unfortunately, everything about this appointment was disappointing. I originally booked a lymphatic massage, and when I arrived the esthetician pushed me toward a more expensive anti-aging facial, saying it "also includes lymphatic." I made it very clear that I came specifically for lymphatic drainage, but she kept insisting and it was obvious she recommended it only because it cost more, not because it suited my skin. The actual facial was even worse. My esthetician was rushed the entire time. Every movement was fast, careless, and not relaxing at all. The biggest red flag: the "lymphatic massage" lasted maybe 10 minutes, extremely light pressure, and honestly the worst I've ever had. She kept running in and out of the room to work on other clients. At one point she applied a serum and disappeared for about 10 minutes. I was literally lying there with nothing happening. It felt like I wasn't being taken seriously at all. I also want to note that I came here on my birthday, and it genuinely ruined my day to feel like they were taking advantage of my money because I look young, instead of actually caring about my skin or giving me the service I booked. You have to come in with the understanding that getting better skin will take time, i.e. multiple treatments=yes more money, but that is how it is. Their pricing is generally a little bit lower than others in the Ktown area. I purchased the 5 plasonic+5 LDM package. I first went there for plasonic facial because I had tried the plasonic facial at Spa LA which cost more (because of spa amenities and extra stuff), but I found Jk Aesthetics offers plasonic facial too (about $50 less). The aesthetician found my skin was dry and my blackheads would not come out, so she recommended LDM instead for hydration. I still wanted to do plasonic facials so I got the package. We also went through the current products I use and she gave her recommendations. I purchased the TGF Booster, EGF Serum, Collagen Serum. I seemed to have a reaction (some dry patches and some redness) with the EGF serum with my other products at home so they allowed me the option to return it and try something else. I ended up keeping it and removed one of my at-home products and my skin is better now. They also taught me products I can use and not use while getting these treatments (for example like not using Vitamin C serum for the mean time). I'm attaching a picture of my forehead after 2 Plasonics and 1 LDM. I started around end of March 2026 and have until October to go. I rotate between plasonic and LDM every 3 weeks. I estimate overall cost from March-October with 20% tip and facial products is roughly $2500. My skin feels and looks healthier after every visit and I'm feeling more confident to show my natural face again. My makeup is applying smoother on my face. I also don't feel the need to hide behind makeup as much. Will send progress pictures the next couple months, but so far this is what I have after a few visits. Added a picture of skincare products I purchased from them. Not cheap, but in combination with the treatments I think it helps with maintenance of my results. I learned I needed to slowly switched over my skincare and decreased products. I've been looking for a good facial in Ktown and after coming here twice, I can say that this place is legit! I love how affordable the facials are and my skin looks flawless for 1-2 months after each facial. Sometimes I look at the mirror and can't believe what I'm seeing lol. One of common problems I run into with Korean clinics is that they tend to push to upsell or purchase their products. They did recommend that I get a 10 facials package but when I said no, they didn't push it. They did try really hard to sell their products and initially I said no. But during the second visit, I thought what the heck, I'll give them a try and if I don't like it, I won't buy them again. To my surprise, I LOVE the products. They didn't break me out (I'm very acne prone) and my face GLOWS and feels so hydrated! I can't go anywhere without them. They did quick cleanse, steam, massage and only extracted around my nose. 25 of those mins was me just laying there with a mask on. It was an okay facial, nothing extraordinary. My face wasn't glowing, just looked cleaned. So I tipped what was appropriate. I didn't like the way they were staring at me after I venomed them because i didn't give more of a tip.
