Everyone was super friendly and considerate to your needs! I was able to get my bank business done by 9:05AM and on my way to work for the day. They definitely helped me. Previous experience: I always use the ATM at this site because you can deposit cash and checks in addition to regular ATM functions. Once I left my debit card in the ATM because of the chip, didn't realize for 12+ hours later. Upon realizing contacted this location and they closed my debit card so no one could use it (proactive!) and said they could print me a new one if I came in. Needless to say I went in the same day and was in and out within 15 minutes. What a relief! The have English, Spanish and Polish speakers at this location. Great to help anyone. Great community bank…read more They service all your checking, savings and other banking needs, plus they are a great lender for both owner occupied as well as investment properties. Their loan fees and rates are extremely good, and unlike the large national banks, CBE realizes not everyone has the same situation and they will design a loan specifically for your needs. I have been working with them for just about 10 years and I have never been dispointed wth any account or loan I have taken with them. Mark, Joe, Dina, Helen, John, are just a few of their first class staff. They are all extremely professional, yet treat you like an old friend. They will be my bank and lender till retirement which because of their advice and help over the years will come sooner then expected. My company would not be where it is today without Community Bank Of Elmhurst believing in us, and enabling us to grow and move forward. Keep up the great work guys, and thank you for everything. This location in Northlake has seen me come and go a few times, most often in the drive thru lanes but also occasionally inside. All of the employees have been friendly and professional and the interior is nicely kept. There really aren't any noteworthy features about this single story bank like cascading waterfalls, complimentary ice cream machines or android tellers. I'm far from the pickiest person when it comes to banks, so as long as my accounts are safe and my cash doesn't go up in smoke, I don't care who handles my money. Amusingly, as I was exiting the drive thru the teller kindly requested that I "give them a good Yelp review", as he no doubt saw that I was cashing my very 1st check as a paid employee of Yelp (where I am an event host/cheerleader/bartender/playboy extraordinare). To that gentleman I'd say: no worries mate, y'all are cool and in the clear for now. Next time I need to make it rain some dolla dolla bills, I know where to go.
