I'm loyal by nature, so when we moved to Irving last Fall, it never occurred to me to get an agent closer. Wow - am I glad for that decision. A couple months ago, some guy came across 2 lanes at 50 mph, slamming into and totaling our only car. My first call was to my husband, who was out of state on travel, and he told me to hang up and call State Farm. Gary Fourtner answered and worked tirelessly (and past closing) to make sure I was OK, to get me a tow truck ASAP (I was on a busy street during rush hour) and convince Enterprise to stay open past closing until I could get there. He checked up on me every day until I got the very fair check for my car that I had to have to buy a replacement, which took only a week. You can't get better service than what I got at Alison Fourtner's State Farm agency.

Well, every month they emailed me back asking for more docs. I submitted bank information THREE MONTHS in a row, along with CC info. Each time they told me the loan would close soon... Either they are DISORGANIZED or they are just plain dumb. I could not figure out which. Finally, after FOUR MONTHS of this, I cancelled my application and got other funding. If you want to strung along for MONTHS then try them. If you need and want something done, DO NOT TRY THEM.
