I left messages and even set up a meeting, but no communication until I finally requested my money be transferred to another firm. Then my assigned rep. (Jordan) still did not contact me, instead his assistant has been my POC. Not a good Customer experience and as others have mentioned, unless you are constantly adding money to the account or have 7 figures invested with them, they are silent and distant. Would not recommend if you are someone who wants or needs to have quarterly updates.
