I was told that this service would help my family rebuild my credit, and that I would be able to…read morerefinance my car within months of starting the program. This was not true and when I questioned them on what was happening and why my credit was going down instead of up all of a sudden my emails and phone calls were not being returned. Finally I was made to feel like it was my fault and was told I would get a report of what they did, only that was the last communication I received from them. Their promise of money back guaranteed was also false, I have sent emails and phone calls about my dissatisfaction with no response, no help, and no money back. This program wasted thousands dollars, money I could have just used to pay my creditors off and not get ripped of yet again by another credit repair company

In the past two years, I had two meetings and in 2025, I would call to discuss my account with my "assigned" rep. (Jordan), and was unable to speak. I left messages and even set up a meeting, but no communication until I finally requested my money be transferred to another firm. Then my assigned rep. (Jordan) still did not contact me, instead his assistant has been my POC. Not a good Customer experience and as others have mentioned, unless you are constantly adding money to the account or have 7 figures invested with them, they are silent and distant. Would not recommend if you are someone who wants or needs to have quarterly updates.

Today, I receive another bill form North American Insurance Company. In 2016, Andre Zaal convinced…read moremy husband to buy me life insurance. He presented an illustration indicating if we contributed $55,000 per year for 10 years, after that, I would receive $70,000 annually for the rest of my life. Based on that representation, we proceeded and made our first six years of payments. During the period we paid, the annual illustration dropped in value each year. After those six payments, North American estimated my projected lifetime income at only $19,000 per year. If we surrendered, there would be over $30, 000 in surrender fees. Throughout this period, whenever we contacted Andre Zaal for clarification or assistance, he repeatedly told us to call North American ourselves and offered no support regarding the policy he sold us. At the time of purchase, I was 37 years old, a stay‑at‑home mother, and the policy included $2.2 million in life insurance coverage. After doing my own research, I learned that a large portion of our contributions were going toward insurance costs and management fees, which explained the low account value. I also learned that agents earn higher commissions when clients purchase larger insurance components. Based on our experience, our interests were not prioritized. We were left without guidance, without transparency, and without the support we reasonably expected from the agent who sold us the policy. Andre Zaal was simply not available.
