I'll never forget the day I told my colleague I was moving my family to Dallas, TX for a new job. He knew I had State Farm Insurance, so he advised me his old college friend was a State Farm Agent in the Dallas area and provided me with Dave Kiley's contact info.
I e-mailed Dave to introduce myself and inquire about moving my policies to his office. He personally responded quickly to welcome us to Dallas, as well as to offer any services he could help us with. He even offered to personally take us around the area if we needed assistance finding a place to live. His office made moving our policies a painless and hassle-free process.
Well, it is 3 years later, and his personal care and understanding of my family's insurance and financial needs has never faded. He still contacts me every now and then via e-mail when he hasn't heard from us for a while to ask how my wife, son, and myself are doing; and it isn't a hidden agenda type of inquiry, but a genuine reach out to let us know he hasn't forgotten us and he cares.

- While living here, we moved from an apartment to a home; his office handled everything seamlessly and accurately after I made one e-mail inquiry.
- Dave has met with us on two occasions outside of regular business hours because he knows our work schedule won't allow us to come over to Preston Rd during regular business hours.
- One time, my wife and I decided to convert some life policies to a different life product, and not only did he support our decision and help us find the policies which fit both our family and financial needs, but also personally drove the premium return checks from the old policies to my workplace, which is 20 miles away from his office! This was so we didn't have to wait for them to come through the mail!!!
- Yet another great highlight was when he met with us one Saturday morning (outside his regular business hours) and worked for over an hour through the application process to help us obtain a health policy we had asked to acquire (he never solicited the product to us in other words). Later that week, when we let him know we had a change of heart about purchasing the product, not only did he support our decision but also helped us set up a different type of financial savings vehicle that he doesn't even earn commission on, and then sent us a Thank you Note!!!

Anytime I hear someone is moving to Dallas or hear that someone is looking for a new agent, we ALWAYS recommend Dave Kiley's Agent's office. It runs like a well-oiled machine, and he is one of the most personable and caring insurance agent's I have ever known.
