Worst Customer Service Ever. I had a house fire in early November. No Electricity or hot water until April because they never bother to call. I still need to talk to someone about the roof and lost property. I have been emailing and calling for 4 weeks, and not a single response. It's unacceptable, and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and I don't even care, maybe the news until someone actually bothers to respond to me. Zero stars is too many. read more

The worst company EVER! In the process of a claim right now where a gate hit my truck! I did ALL the pictures for them and no one ever came out to see where the incident happened or view the truck, NOTHING! Then they do an investigation and do recorded affidavit with both me and then my husband. A few days later Stephanie has Gina call us and let us know that they will only cover the light bezel even though the hook on the gate damaged the side panel right by the bezel!!! They also would not cover the bumper or the grill where it hit! Gina said Stephanie decided we would need to file 3 extra claims, one for each thing. Obviously so we would have to pay our $500 deductible 3 more times When it is time to renew I will take my $6,000 I pay them yearly and find a different company to give my money to! read more

Somehow there was a clerical error on an accident that happen 1.5 yes prior and it was changed from not at fault to at fault right before my renewal. My insurance went up significantly. I disputed the at fault showing up and they corrected it but only in house. According to everyone else's records it still shows that I am at fault. I have tried for months to get it corrected and have gotten only empty promises of it being remedied. I've spent hrs on the phone being transferred from person to person. Liberty mutual company policy states that all corrections will be shared with anyone they've shared my information with in past 7 yrs within 10 days... I'm still waiting 4 months after the fact. read more

13 plus year customer of Liberty Mutual Insurance my rates have tripled as recently for 2018, 2004, 2004 vehicles full coverage 500.00 ded $8,952.00 I called them when I opened my bill and was told they could do nothing. I went on line and found the exact coverage with a very reputable insurance company $3,492.00 annually. Liberty Mutual SHAME on you!. Liberty Mutual takes advantage of trusting customers with 20-25% annual increases. No accidents, No reason for this increase they will never ever see a nickel of my hard earned money again. In addition they are no longer my homeowners provider or my provider for my umbrella policy. I would state that Liberty Mutual has officially become a legacy Insurance carrier. They do what they want, charge what they want and their team members are of absolutely no help. Congratulations LIberty Mutual "YOUR FIRED" I suggest all Liberty customers shop them you will be surprised at how much money you can save annually. Worst insurance company. Got hit by their insured driver and yet they're refusing to pay full amount for vehicle repairs.

Do not go with these crooks, we went to appraisal on roof damage they refused to pay on and the result was found in our favor. They still refused to pay likely knowing if we went to court it would probably be close to a wash even if we won. They will strong arm you when you need them, cannot recommended. read more

Look around and you'll see, but don't be fooled by 'honeymoon' rates. If it seems low now wait a year and watch it jump through the roof. Called to get sr22 auto insurance in the state of NH. Liberty mutual transferred the call. Next thing I knew I was talking with Michelle Ratliff. Didn't realize she was on the other side of the country (Plano TX). She said yes she could get the insurance I needed so I could get my license back. I gave her my name date of birth license number, and NH ID number. I answered some other questions about my diving record, if I was married, do I rent or own, ect... She had no problem withdrawing my money. Then came the strom. She spelled my name wrong, didn't give me the sr22 insurance (only liability), never sent the prof of high risk insurance forms to the DMV in NH. She opened the policy through progressive. I called the DMV asking if the paperwork was done. The DMV had nothing, didn't even know what I was talking about. I sent her emails and called. She didn't get back to me for over 36 hours. I called progressive my self. They told me my name was wrong, then said the policy was not a high risk (sr22). Then progressive said they can't issue me that because they couldn't find me in there drivers system. The agent from progressive told me to go get my license, then they would add the sr22 on to the liability insurance. HELLO?? I need the sr22 to get my license... Are these people for real?? Then the next day at 11am I talked to my agent Michelle Ratliff from liberty mutual. She said she was sorry. I emailed her a copy of my NH ID, and my drivers record. She still couldn't find me in there drivers system.?. I asked her what I was paying her for? She said I still had insurance. I said I can't use it. This was not what we agreed on. You had no problem taking my money. I said if I can't use the insurance to cancel the policy. She said I would be fully reimbursed between 24 to 48 hours. Then I got an email saying that I would be refunded between 5 to 7 business days. This lady doesn't know what she is doing. She spelled my name wrong, didn't even see me in the drivers system to see my records, and gave me the wrong policy. Oh ya, she wouldn't email, or call back for about a day in a half, and 24 to 48 hours turned into 5 to 7 business days. Not sure what she did right. If I showed up to work and preformed like that I would be fired. Learn from what I went through. Beware of Michelle Ratliff.. Good Luck to all. read more

VERY Unhappy. I recently received a quote and when I went to purchase my rate went up 10% because I did not have a college degree. I have been driving accident free over 30 yrs. I have been self employed my entire life, have excellent credit and am successful in my business practice. How am I more of a risk than a college educated person?
