I have never in my life experience what I have experienced with my insurance company of seven…read moreyears. Unfortunately my family and I had to file our first claim with Texas Farm Bureau. Our home is seven years old we purchased brand-new we can see mold growing in the floors. Engineer came out but this was weeks after we had found the homeowners claim. Texas Farm Bureau is not doing the right thing we have contacted an attorney our family has been very ill. My previous experience with insurance companies were all extremely better than this. From day one zero did everything in its power to prevent me and my family from getting to a Safe location despite the fact we had informed them time and time again that our entire family is Ill. We have experienced memory loss rashes on our skin blisters on our skin respiratory problems vision disturbances in several other mental and physical illnesses. Both of our vehicles have been insured with Texas Farm Bureau for seven years with full coverage. This is our first auto claim. Both vehicles have the mold also known as blue-green algae which is a microscopic bacteria growing in our air-conditioning systems and eating away at the interior and bottom of our cars. It is been two weeks Texas Farm Bureau is not returning our phone calls our family has contacted the agent and the adjusters daily. We have informed them that our cars are making us very ill due to what we breathe then you can physically see the mold. We have also informed Texas Farm Bureau that are tires wheels and unfortunately the frames of our cars have been compromised. It is been 10 days the only call I have received is a call from the adjuster Melissa stating she would call me back the same day it is now been three days later, she cannot even return our phone callas. This type of mold can cause a multitude of physical and mental illnesses. I can understand text Farm Bureau researching and taking a few extra days but ignoring us and failure to protect us when all we have asked for is safety, cannot and will not ever be justified. I assure you I will continue to follow through on all three claims. Unfortunately we have had to seek legal advice just to get our insurance company to protect us.
