I was very happy with my credit card processor when I was contacted by First Line Merchant Services, claiming that they could save me money if they could earn my business. I have been in the business of taking credit cards for over 15 years and I am pretty on top of the known fees that go along with having a merchant account. As a result, I asked specific questions and got specific answers before I was comfortable with switching over to First Line Merchant Services; monthly fees, per transaction fees, annual PCI compliance fee. They claimed that they could beat all of my monthly fees and match my annual PCI fee. I received my first statement and they were charging me a little more than originally promised for my monthly fees and I contacted them to let them know of the discrepancy. They told me that they would take care of it. Long story short, I had to contact them for 3 months before they were actually charging me what I was originally promised. Then came the REAL PROBLEM, they took out $165.00 unannounced from my bank account for my annual PCI compliance fee when I told them up front that I paid $55.00 annually for that fee and they said they would match it. LIAR LIAR PANTS ON FIRE! I contacted who I believe is the owner and he said " I don't have time for your $165.00 nonsense! You are a babbling idiot! I am a busy millionaire and you are wasting my time!" Really! So, this is how you treat a customer that brings you business and helps contribute to your millionaire status? I escalated the call to NPC-National Processing Company, the actual processing company and they don't care that their sales team, First Line Merchant Services talks to their customers in this fashion. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW CREDIT CARD PROCESSOR, STAY AWAY FROM FIRST LINE MERCHANT SERVICES! THEY ARE BUSY MILLIONAIRES WHO DON'T HAVE TIME TO TAKE CARE OF YOU AND THEY DO NOT PROVIDE WHAT THEY PROMISE!

We are currently experiencing some health-related issues and experienced financial stressors during covid. Mr. Anaya went above and beyond to provide information on different health insurance plans, relative costs out of pocket, and critical service numbers to streamline the complicated process of changing insurance plans. We have not paid Mr. Anaya a dime. He simply keeps checking in and responding despite not billing us for any services thus far. I told him that I have a history of pregnancy loss; and am concerned about my current pregnancy due to advanced maternal age (I'm 43 years old) during a pandemic. I also shared some of the unique health needs of my beautiful toddler. He responded with deep, unfeigned compassion and care. I feel so blessed to have found such an honest/transparent, professional, informed, and experienced professional who knows the ropes about insurance. He has greatly simplified the process of selecting plans and is incredibly knowledgeable about different medical practices/plans across SD county. I highly recommend him as an insurance professional with integrity, compassion, and unmatched skills/knowledge expertise. Simply the best! Please go call him!
