The gentleman who answered the phone did say that the advisor was aware of my previous phone calls. Perhaps I simply caught the advisor at a bad time. I even gave him a second chance to which his last email stated..."Take care...talk soon". Honestly, I was left with the impression that the advisor had bigger fish to fry and wasn't interested in working on a 401(k) plan for a small 50 life company. I really want to give this company 5 stars since it was recommended to me by an awesome group of insurance folks. But, there are no stars to give if the person doesn't want to work with you.
