I cannot tell you how much my son has grown here in the last three years. Creative world has been with us through potty training ,growth spurt's emotional delays and Talon has come out amazingly strong, smart, kind and loving. 1. Curriculum? He just had an assessment and he is way beyond where he should be going into kindergarten! 2. He sings songs in Spanish that we know we did not teach him. 3. The playground is amazing!!! One of the main reasons we loved this school. Talon thrives in an outdoor environment! They have bike days, water days, plenty of outside playtime, and I never once felt talon was unsafe. I have made several surprise visits and he is always having a great time with a huge smile on his face! 4.my son wakes up so excited to go to school everyday for three years! It is amazing. I know that everyone has their own experience, and for us it has been overall... amazing. Sad to say goodbye. We will miss Creative world and be forever grateful they helped us raise one amazing kid!!!

    Best Preschool Program!

My daughter attended this school and I must say, it was the best decision I have ever made for my daughter. The staff is incredibly caring and helpful with all their kids. My daughter was with them from the age of 3 and I wouldn't change a thing. They have fun activities such as bike days, water days, super hero days, etc. In addition, they also work with Little One's Swim which is a swimming program for kids. My daughter attended twice a week and they took care of everything. (Little One Swim has an amazing team as well). Their academic program is designed for these young kids in a way that allows them to remember, not to mention their Spanish program. Cheyenne who is part of the staff was so attentive to my little girl and all the children. I would pick up my daughter at different times of the day so they never knew when to expect me and every time the place is clean, fun and all kids well taken care of. My daughter always happy to see her teachers and friends. I recommend this place to any parent who is interested in having their child learn in so many different way and have fun at the same time. The staff is incredible and so caring which was very important to me.

Our daughter has been going to Creative World for nearly two years now. It has been an AWESOME place for her to learn and grow. The school is a very advanced, secure facility with excellent teachers and staff. Our daughter is five years old and already knows her alphabet, numbers, and colors, in both English and Spanish. I like that the school teaches Spanish in addition to English with her growing up in today's bilingual America. Our family recently moved from Southern California and this school blows the schools down there out of the water. No school there is starting Spanish at such an early age which is a shame since language development begins at that time. Also, we had trouble with a lot of schools in San Diego showing a lot of movies and videos which my husband and I did not like. Creative World does not do that which we love and instead focuses on reading to the children in down time which helps with their development and imagination. In fact they have a calendar that gets sent to parents monthly and it shows whenever and if they will show an educational video and in our experience it has been about once in a month or two. The school is also very focused on feeding the best organic food and drinks to the children as snacks which I'm a huge fan of. We are very appreciative to have have found a school that takes the time to do it right.

All the teachers are fantastic; they're happy to be there, they're great with the kids, and most of them are eager to communicate about your child's day and work with you on developmental goals (our youngest is potty training and they've been helpful with suggestions and ideas for success and are never judgmental about our approach). I love the fact that their day consists of learning new things, tons of reading, TONS AND TONS of artwork, and a decent amount of outside time. I've always thought a good way to tell if a child has enjoyed themselves is to just look at them. My kids come home filthy almost every day and I'm thrilled by that! They are playing hard and discovering new things and on those occasions when we can't be there to do that with them, I'm comforted to know they're surrounded by people who will nurture their curiosity and sense of adventure. Like most of the other centers in town, they have the tumble bus once a week but they also have yoga once a week and my kids have benefited from that more than I ever would have guessed. They both really enjoy that time and I would love to see other opportunities like dance or martial arts someday. I think it's a great way to introduce the kids to different activities and give them a taste of everything so they can decide which ones to pursue further on our own. Overall, I think this is a great place! They're growing and improving constantly and I'm excited my kids get to be a part of it.

We called in early March for availability for our infant and were told the soonest was May which worked perfectly with our timeline. We came in to tour and then coordinated a day to come in before our infants first day. We came in to do our orientation a week prior to the first day and Yaya seemed very confused when we came in and told us she "couldn't remember" what room our infant was placed into.. We were shown the classroom she would be in and were introduced to the teachers. We were told that she would have a cubby for all her items; however, on the first day of drop off she did not have a cubby or an area for her items. Not to mention I did not even recognize the teachers who were in the classroom with her. When I went to look for the items I dropped off, I found them items on the floor in a storage closet while other infants had their items neatly set up and put away. When we confronted the center they claimed "a label" is not a reflection of the care our child will receive and the excuse was "Erica" has been out for a week and they didn't know where our infant's stuff was so they couldn't set up her items properly. They had plenty of notice to prepare for our infant advance. It may just be a label but what it shows me they are unorganized, lack basic communication skills amongst their employees and if they can't properly store her necessities, they lack the ability to they take care of my child, it is 100% a reflection of the care my child will receive.

Primrose has nurturing teachers, convenient pick up and drop off times, a diversity of healthy snacks and meals, compassionate administrators, and a lovely community of parents. They have date night options as well as camps for school breaks for my older child. Their curriculum is fun, creative, and developmentally appropriate, with dance and sports extras. My 4 year old has school readiness skills and phonetic awareness that rivals what my son, who attended a play based day care, had at the end of kindergarten. As a full time working mom, I am so impressed by the school and thankful for this high quality and reliable care.

We have had an outstanding experience at Primrose School of South Reno. I cannot recommend this…read moreschool enough! We transferred our toddler to Primrose when they opened in October as we were not satisfied with our previous care provider. Enrollment in Primrose is the best childcare decision we've made for our daughter. Her vocabulary, both verbal and through sign language, greatly improved after enrollment. The toddler lesson plans are fun and educational so she's constantly surprising us at home with what she's learned in school. We are very pleased with her progress. Primrose uses the Procare application to update parents throughout the day and send general school notifications. We receive updates regarding our child's diapering, nap times (she consistently naps on her cot for 2-2.5 hours) and how much she's eating. We also get the occasional picture and she looks so happy in each one! Primrose provides a balanced meal plan and I'm satisfied in knowing my child is getting all the nutrients her body needs. She loves the food and has expanded her palate. I'm happy she finally likes noodles too! Honestly, she eats better than I do during the work week! Also, the chef is very friendly. My daughter waves to her during most morning drop-offs. I'm told they often wave to each other during the day since the toddler classroom is across from the kitchen too. I love how much fun the chef has with the children too. The school has a great security system which is important to my husband and I. You are unable to enter the building without a code and the outdoor play areas have tall rod iron fences. They practice monthly fire drills too. We are 100% confident in our daughter's safety at Primrose. Regarding cleanliness, teachers are cleaning throughout the day, they purchased electro-static sprayers to disinfect twice per week, and there's a cleaning company that comes in 5 days a week to sanitize high touch surfaces. I believe there are also air purifiers in the classrooms. It is clear that Bethany and Alonzo, the owners of this franchise location, are passionate about childcare and education, as are the Primrose teachers. They are all dedicated to the children and present a fun, caring and educational environment. I love the updates and conversations I have with them during pick-ups. I can't rave about Primrose School of South Reno enough. We look forward to long-term childcare with this school and feel blessed to be a Primrose pioneer!

Have you spent countless hours wading through websites and reading reviews trying to find a loving, safe and affordable program for your preschooler to attend? Look no further--your search is over. Annie and Friends Preschool is the hidden gem you've been looking for. This program is truly the best-kept secret of early childhood education in the greater Northern Nevada area. The school offers phenomenal instruction with a robust, well-developed curriculum that goes far beyond the accreditation standards for Washoe County, the State of Nevada and the NAEYC. The school's principal and lead instructor, Miss Annie, holds a master's degree in early childhood education from Arizona State University. The caliber of her background plus her many years of teaching experience really sets this program apart from others in the area. Learning is tailored to each child's talents, strengths and learning styles. Each child is given a phenomenal opportunity to achieve cognitive milestones within a loving and supporting environment. The most exciting thing? Our son is reading and doing simple addition/subtraction problems! He is well on his way to being prepared for kindergarten next year. Thanks to Miss Annie's creative lesson planning, he has also learned empathy towards others and positive ways to express his emotions. Our son comes home every day excited about the world around him while discovering his place in it. We are amazed that this level of world-class instruction is available here in the Reno-Tahoe area at such an affordable price. We are so thankful we found Annie and Friends!
