I called, and they welcomed me for a tour. They are welcoming and have been updating the activities and curriculum for the kids over the past few years. Liz and the staff always strive to improve the daycare. A huge plus is the neighboring Little One Swim's, where kids can practice swimming. They also offer soccer shots, dance, Spanish, and other additional activities for an additional fee. Annually, they have Father's Day lunches and muffins with mothers, as well as other activities to celebrate with the kids.

When it comes to having faith in someone on giving the tools, daily, to your child for their success in due time for entering kindergarten; this is the only place to consider! Although through many attempts, I could not convince Mrs liz, to open a second facility to give the experience we received, to that many more families. This was not our only facility we had expierenced. But ABSOLUTELY, the one you will find the most confidence in. When you are greeted with a smile each and every day, by every staff member; you will start to wonder, how they do it with all these kids when as parents, it can be tough with the 1 or few we take home. Thank you, creative world! You bring the magic everyday and words do not describe our overall gratitude.

Both of my boys loved attending and would come home excited to share what they had learned or done each day. The owner, Belinda, and all the teachers are amazing, attentive, caring, and genuinely loving toward all the children. I have referred friends and family to them, and everyone has had wonderful experiences to share. I am very thankful that we found a daycare that became an extended part of our family. I could go on and on about how wonderful our time there was, but all I can truly say is thank you for always being there for us. It is bittersweet that our time with them has come to an end. -Cristina S.

One of the things we appreciate most is the small, intimate setting--it allows for meaningful one-on-one time between the kids, their friends, and their teachers, which has made such a positive impact on our boys. The school also does an amazing job creating opportunities for families to be involved. Events like the family lunches, Mother's Day and Father's Day celebrations, and holiday parties make it feel like more than just a school--it's a community. Most importantly, both of our boys absolutely love going to school. They come home excited to share stories about their teachers and friends, which says everything. We feel confident that they are well cared for, supported, and getting exactly what they need to prepare for elementary school. We couldn't be more grateful to have found such a special place.

Their staff is amazing. They are able to accommodate students, families, and their needs with kindness. They have great hours and are always welcoming and friendly. The teachers really do love the students, you can tell by the way that they talk about them, interact with them, and they ALWAYS have something nice to say. The price is on the less expensive end, I've paid twice as much (per week) for care at other facilities that were only half as good. The school understands that you are busy professional and won't bother you at work, they are great at handling things on their own and talking to you at YOUR earliest convenience, not theirs. I have recruited several of my mom friends who are unhappy with their child care facilities to jump ship and come over to St. Alberts. They usually have a waiting list, so if you're looking to come here, call early. They have a very homey-family atmosphere and I love that. There are events outside of the school day on the weekends and at the evenings throughout the year that they invite families to, which is nice. If you want your child to be loved like family, take them here. The other children are very kind to their peers and you can tell they foster friendship and camaraderie. The art projects, performances, and centers are always cute and changing. There is no business in Reno that I would recommend higher than St. Albert's CDC. The director and teachers are angels.

**1 star** In early…read more2026, my young son's teacher in the Wallabies classroom, Kyra, had him put on gloves and pull toilet paper out of a clogged toilet. My son told me the toilet had feces in it. I filed a complaint with the Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health (Complaint #13397). The state **substantiated a safety hazard violation**, and the center was required to submit a Plan of Correction. The center now says children will not be asked to help with toilets again. That should never have needed a state investigation. The center called it a "teaching moment." I don't accept that. No preschooler should be asked to reach into a toilet, gloves or not. That would not be tolerated in a public school, and it should not be tolerated here. When we met with Kyra, she told us she had done this with other children too and that my son was not singled out. During the state investigation, staff told the investigator it was the first time and that my son was the only child. Those two stories cannot both be true. Either my son was singled out, or other children were put through this as well. Neither is acceptable. The owner, Jenni, told the state investigator that Kyra is not related to her. Kyra is the sibling of Jenni's daughter-in-law. When I raised my concerns and asked that Kyra be removed from my son's classroom, the center refused and kept her in place with "additional training." I don't believe my complaint was handled fairly because of that family connection. Parents, ask hard questions before enrolling. The investigation summary is public record through DPBH.

I really don't understand the negative reviews; I smell a rat! It sounds like the negative review writers may have an ax to grind with the owner and/or other employees. Karma is nothing to play with, just saying. I've worked with this school for over three years now and have consistently seen great things there.
