When my child was a baby and toddler these teachers did fine. Once my child was older they fell way short. One of the teachers had her own child in her class and he as a horrible bully. She would blame the other kids for his behavior. I met one of the former teachers outside of the daycare and she explained to me that she quit her job there over that precise problem and she confirmed that the kid bullied my son as she witnessed. When I asked that the bully be kept away from my child they put my child (5 yrs. at the time) in with the babies, cutting off all his ability to play with his peers. I also had the opportunity to meet and talk with the woman who trains these teachers. She had a talk with my son about school then she came to me telling me she wanted him out of that school because they were failing him. She explained that they are good with babies but unacceptable with kids once they were no longer babies. I agree completely. read more

Today my daughter is having her last official day as a part of the full time program. With a heavy heart and a hopeful soul I as a parent can't thank the staff and the director Belinda enough for all they have done for my daughter. She has grown into a little ready to soar into her higher education after just under 4 years of love, nurturing, & guidance at the Itsy Bitsy facility. They have had so much patience through the years and the different battles or struggles that can come with a developing infant, to toddler, to small child. If you as a parent are seeking a daycare that will truly care for your child it would be them. They are all about emotional and social development. Bilingual has been an amazing plus. But again I can not express how much they genuinely just love their children. Being able to bring your precious small being to people who you know are providing the love a child deserves is all I could have truly ask for in the end. We will still be going there for my daughters school break periods! read more

I'm very happy with this day care that I had to write a review. I recently started looking for a good day care and was referred to Itsy Bitsy by a co-worker. So far my little one absolutely LOVES coming here. I like that they treat every child with love and care. Children get to learn and do fun activities. They are very reasonable as far as price goes. I will start off by saying this is hands down the most caring loving daycare I have ever had my children in. The staff is absolutely amazing and treat my kids like their own. My daughter usually doesn't want to leave. They always have tons of activities going on with the kids and you can just tell all the kids are happy and enjoying themselves. No mom wants to leave their kid to go to work so knowing my kids are being taken by people who genuinely care and love my children means the world to me and that means everything. read more

By far thee best daycare in town. I have 2 children enrolled. My youngest started going at 7 weeks old and is now 9 months. The girls in the infant class are absolutely phenomenal as well as all of the other teachers and the director. I am switching jobs and my oldest is going to kindergarten. Itsy Bitsy is now going to be a little bit out of my way in the mornings, but I refuse to switch daycares. They aren't all about money like most other childcare centers. I truly see the individual love and attention they give each child and it feels like family to us now. My children are always clean and well cared for and I have NOT ONCE worried about my kids while I'm at work. They deserve 10 stars in my opinion!!!! I can not say enough good things about this daycare!! I was very against daycare because you hear all these bad stories. My two kids went part time here. We moved out of state and I was SO sad to leave them. I have never felt more comfortable leaving my kids somewhere that wasn't with mom or dad. The owner- Ms. Belinda is there every day and really cares about all her kids that attend. We were in Ms. Brenda's class and she was the same as the owner, caring and so nice. All the staff was!!! I can not say there was one bad staff member here. Every child was treated well. My kids loved going here!!! Prices are SO reasonable. We pulled our kids from The Goddard to attend here (the Goddard was so terrible and over priced). I wish we could find a place like Itsy Bitsy at our new home out of state- They are amazing!!!!! My kids learned so much being there and it was the only sad part of moving out of state for us. Another bonus of this place, they speak both English and Spanish here so I hope my kids picked up some Spanish while attending :) read more

I feel like this place needs to be updated review. Since the reviews on here has been awhile. Anyways I love this place my son is going here. Highly got recommendations from people in town. All the staffs are nice all the kids there are all happy with smiles on their faces. Teachers and owner, staffs makes it very comfortable for you to check out. You can always contact them while your at work. They are so well with babies to kids. They really love what they are doing and care for the babies and kids as if they were there own. I would highly recommend this place. They education program is good as well. I'm so glad I got a spot. read more

I have my 3yr old daughter enrolled here and so far I am very happy with the care they provide and the activities they have the children in. They seem to focus more on learning rather than letting the kids play around all day and have no structure or routines. This has helped a lot with what my daughter has been quickly learning. Itsy Bitsy is by far the best daycare I have found in the Reno-Sparks area. I've toured many places, and tried a couple different daycare centers.. Nothing compares to this place! My kids have been attending for almost two years. There has been nothing but good times at this daycare. The director Belinda is amazing. She has the most respectful and kind staff. My two and a half year old comes home with new things to show me everyday.. It really amazes me! They take pride in educating the kids, which is so awesome. I feel like Belinda and her staff are our family, and they treat us like family as well.. We love it here. read more

Worst day care ever!!! The owner is not genuine and is always trying to please every one but inside her, she is opposite. I would not trust them with my kid ever. They fed my kid's snack to another and lied. I called the state and they (owner) lied to them. And for some reason my negative review keeps on being deleted.
