From the beginning, their communication and customer service, especially with the waitlist, were amazing. We always felt in the loop and knew exactly when she'd be starting. Our youngest will be starting at their Lavender Door school this fall (ages 1+), and we're really excited for her to have the same experience. We love the mixed-age classrooms. They're so great for learning and social development. The rotational schedule is one of our favorite parts too. The kids get to move between rooms and try different activities, and my daughter's "favorite" room changes all the time because she has fun in all of them. It really is a fantastic preschool! We've seen so much growth in our daughter, and the teachers and staff are always so kind and welcoming. We're so glad we found this school!

It's a completely unique set up for learning with the room rotations and themed weeks, and the kids all learn a ton. We feel like our daughter is super prepared for elementary school after doing preschool here.

Between both of my kids, they have gone there for over 6 years. The owners and staff have been amazing. Life changed and they adapted to the changes with no questions asked; all they said was "anything you need, communicate." All of the teachers through out our years with the goose have been exceptional, Ms Tima has and always will be my children's favorite teacher ever. She got into a bad accident last year visiting her family, and my children cried, they wanted to make sure Ms. Tima was okay. WE are SO blessed she is still here with us today. My daughter LOVED helping Tima with anything in the classroom and Tima knew she could always count on my daughter to help her. Ms Tori, you may feel like you're not recognized enough, but you ARE. You are SO appreciated, loved, and thank you for making sure the school is the way it is. The school couldn't be the way it is, without YOU! Lastly, Bridget and your family -- we cannot thank you guys enough from welcoming our family with arms wide open, loving, caring, and teaching our children for the last 6 years. You guys have gone through changes with us and through all of that, you and the staff was nothing short of amazing, supportive people that we adore. I cannot thank you and your staff enough for getting us through it all and allowing my children to have a safe place, teaching them, and allowing them to grow into themselves. We already miss you guys and I promise to bring them and send cards. THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH. I will FOREVER recommend the goose to any family that's needing assistance. I have had golden goose's phone number on my "favorites" list and the app for 6 years, I'm not ready for those things to go away yet. I cannot thank you guys enough.

All the teachers are fantastic; they're happy to be there, they're great with the kids, and most of them are eager to communicate about your child's day and work with you on developmental goals (our youngest is potty training and they've been helpful with suggestions and ideas for success and are never judgmental about our approach). I love the fact that their day consists of learning new things, tons of reading, TONS AND TONS of artwork, and a decent amount of outside time. I've always thought a good way to tell if a child has enjoyed themselves is to just look at them. My kids come home filthy almost every day and I'm thrilled by that! They are playing hard and discovering new things and on those occasions when we can't be there to do that with them, I'm comforted to know they're surrounded by people who will nurture their curiosity and sense of adventure. Like most of the other centers in town, they have the tumble bus once a week but they also have yoga once a week and my kids have benefited from that more than I ever would have guessed. They both really enjoy that time and I would love to see other opportunities like dance or martial arts someday. I think it's a great way to introduce the kids to different activities and give them a taste of everything so they can decide which ones to pursue further on our own. Overall, I think this is a great place! They're growing and improving constantly and I'm excited my kids get to be a part of it.

We called in early March for availability for our infant and were told the soonest was May which worked perfectly with our timeline. We came in to tour and then coordinated a day to come in before our infants first day. We came in to do our orientation a week prior to the first day and Yaya seemed very confused when we came in and told us she "couldn't remember" what room our infant was placed into.. We were shown the classroom she would be in and were introduced to the teachers. We were told that she would have a cubby for all her items; however, on the first day of drop off she did not have a cubby or an area for her items. Not to mention I did not even recognize the teachers who were in the classroom with her. When I went to look for the items I dropped off, I found them items on the floor in a storage closet while other infants had their items neatly set up and put away. When we confronted the center they claimed "a label" is not a reflection of the care our child will receive and the excuse was "Erica" has been out for a week and they didn't know where our infant's stuff was so they couldn't set up her items properly. They had plenty of notice to prepare for our infant advance. It may just be a label but what it shows me they are unorganized, lack basic communication skills amongst their employees and if they can't properly store her necessities, they lack the ability to they take care of my child, it is 100% a reflection of the care my child will receive.

Now that I'm relocating out of state to Colorado, I requested the return of the $700 deposit I paid, and they refused, saying it's "non-refundable." We're talking about daycare, not a university. Every time I walk in, it's clear that the kids are genuinely happy. My child, in particular, loves the friendships she's forming and is even learning to be bilingual at just 3 years old! The biggest little learning center focuses on child growth and development though play and individual leaning aid. I truly feel that this is an incredible asset for my daughter's growth as she continues to get older. The director fosters a supportive environment by encouraging staff to further their education and engage in personal development. She collaborates with state programs to ensure success, which leads to better outcomes for child care. The low turnover rate and happy staff make a huge difference--it's clear that the staff genuinely care about the children, which provides peace of mind for parents. We called over 10 times and sent multiple emails and literally get a different BS explanation every time or no answer at all. They don't have an answering machine or service and are super unresponsive. I'm officially reporting them to the better business bureau for refusing to refund the money they owe us. Not great - you're getting what you pay for. This is definitely more of a daycare than a school, there was no curriculum and no emphasis on learning that I witnessed at all. Also, the staff is super inconsistent on logging activity in the app. Most days, I had no idea if he had a nap or eaten normally. The facility is very dirty, even the director's office when you walk in is filthy. They keep all of the children in one tiny room most of the time with very little to engage them. Our two-year-old was kept with much younger children and picked up terrible habbits in the one month he was there including hitting and screaming. The staff would always say he had a good day, but half the time he was crying when we picked him up which is not his usual demeanor. My husband also witnessed a much older child (belonging to a staff member) hitting smaller children on the very first drop off day and no one interviened. The tuition is low and they include snacks and meals, but they aren't nutritions options I would choose at home
