My 17-month-old son was in 2 daycares before we started him at Alphabet Academy in February of this year. It can be so hard for you and your child to switch daycares multiple times while they are young (I cried every time). The first day at Alphabet Academy, I received multiple updates from Charmaine including pictures letting me know how my son was doing and it made me feel so much better. Charmaine is an excellent communicator who seems to truly love her daycare kids. She also keeps her classrooms exceptionally clean. In the other 2 daycares we were at before, my son was sick for 4 months straight with some cold or another. We couldn't catch a break. Finally we have had many, many healthy months! Charmaine also has the best staff. Vanessa and Jessica are in the baby room and my son ADORES them, lights up every time he sees them. I can tell how comfortable he is with them and it is because they are so loving and compassionate towards him and the rest of the babies. I also receive updates and pictures from them which makes me feel like I'm not missing out so much. Sometimes towards the end of the day there are other staff members who rotate in and out of the baby room and my son loves every single one of them as well. My daughter vanii has been attending Alphabet Academy and we couldn't be happier! The teachers are patient, caring, and genuinely invested in the kids. Every day she comes home excited to tell me what she learned, and I've noticed such a big improvement in her confidence, social skills, and early learning.The staff communicates well, the classrooms are clean and organized, and the environment feels safe and welcoming. I love that they balance learning with fun activities that keep the kids engaged. I'm so grateful for the love and attention they show my daughter. I truly feel like she's in the best hands possible. I think this place hands down is the best in the area. We started at their original location when I was a new mom in the Hight of Covid and they communicated daily and even have an app I could monitor my son's activity. Definitely made me feel so comfortable letting my little one go, When it was time for him to start Kindergarten they went above and beyond preparing him. He exceeded standards on his placement test because of their Pre-K curriculum. Any issues I had along the way, they handled urgently. I can't promote this place enough and I definitely couldn't have balanced work life without them and their budget friendly weekly cost. I have had my three children in this daycare for years ... NEVER has there been a problem or concern . My children have flourished and grown in self confidence all because of the Owners love and excellent care . I have never found such a devoted daycare like this one . There experienced daycare providers are excellent with my special needs child. I feel at ease knowing I will have the same provider day to day and week to week . I just can't say enough good things about the Academy. Everytime I am in there; all the children seem so happy and engaged. Ms. Dunn that heads the Academy is always looking for ways to bring outside experiences to the children. They do outings have special event days. All of these type things keep the children engaged which is much different from other day cares I have used. In some places you drop your child off and there is not much to stimulate them and help them to learn and grow. I know the academy is new, but it is so clean and inviting. The teachers are incredibly attentive, nurturing, and genuinely care about each child's growth and happiness. Charmaine and all the workers are fantastic! They love the children in their care and their space is immaculate. They have only ever received excellent reviews from the county and I have no problems having my children in their care. Even though they are not required to inform parents when a child has contracted an infectious disease they always inform all parents and actively monitor to ensure no child is dropped off who is sick. And in my experience their workers turn overrate is very low with some of the employees having been there 6+ years. read more

I used to work here while getting my associates and had an amazing experience with the entire staff and owners, they were very accommodating with my schedule. I've since recommended them to several of my friends who have enrolled their kids and my little sister goes here too. They all tell me how much they love it and my sister can't wait to tell me how much she loves going to school! I've been taking my kids here for almost 6 years and could not imagine taking my kids anywhere else! They have become part of my kids family and are so wonderful. All of the teachers here are great with my kiddos and they always come home telling stories about their day. The warmth and nurturing of the teachers and owner make me feel so at ease when leaving my children in their care. My children learn something new every week that aligns with their weekly lesson plans. When I pick my children up sometimes they don't want to leave sometimes which makes me know I have my children in the right care and preschool. read more

The owner is so nice, and the teachers are actual adults and parents and i feel incredibly comfortable leaving my child with them (not just teenagers with no qualifications!) my child is super happy to go each day.
