I wish I could give no stars !! This place is beyond a ghetto experience. I just can't! I set an appt at 12 to come in at 3:30 PM. I arrived at 3:30pm and he was not here. He finally shows up with his child and dog to start my car. I asked him over 2 times over the phone and in person for the price of the tint. I was quoted $169. He begins my car and after sitting for over an hour, sends his daughter in to ask me to come look at my car. I go to my car to see only the back window completed and him beginning to roll up excess tint. He stated that he ran out of tint and needed me to drive down to his other shop to complete the job. He kept ensuring me it was really close by and all I needed to do was follow him. I go and to my surprise there is another car sitting in this garage, waiting to be worked on. As I'm letting him know I don't want to pull my car into the garage for fear of scratching my car, and asked if I could just pay him for the back strip, he says the cost would be $185. I was outdone because that is not what he had previously quoted me. He stated that there was tax that he failed to mention. I asked why couldn't he discount since I would only be leaving with the back window and he stated "the other pieces are already cut, so its full cost" . The other man that was here waiting paid in advance, he was told there were no refunds although there was no work being done to his car yet. His wife and him keep arguing back and forth the whole time we are here and asked us to sit outside in the hot sun. Now he is feeling rushed and has an attitude. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever been put through. This place needs no stars and to learn a lesson or two on how to run a clean non ghetto business as well on what customer service truly is. This is just sad! read more

Just got back my truck with Bryant he was awesome. He did the truck in hour and half was with an outstanding finish. Customer service was great he let you decided what you wanted after giving information on the types of tint. I would definitely recommend his shop to friends and family. read more

Creative Tint demonstrated lousy workmanship by not cleaning the windows before application of the tint. The technician did not apply the tint on properly by leaving gaps and creases. Creative Tint refuses to correct their errors without charging additional costs. Their business practice and craftsmanship are substandard and less than mediocre. Don't waste your time and money. read more

Boy oh boy i should have read the reviews sadly I was in a hurry and didn't. I gave them a call around 10:20am he said he had time and I could come at 3pm that same day (today) but if i could text him my car and the time to and I quote "lock it in" so I texted him my car and the time ide be there. Skip ahead 5 hours im there at 2:50pm I park walk to the garage and see some dude standing there staring at the ceiling not doing anything a minute goes by he finally says something along the lines of hell be right with me then continued to stare into space. He asked what he could do for me i said " I have an appointment for 3pm" he starts shaking his head back and fourth " you must have talked to my partner i have this car then that car then the one outside and I have to leave at six" I said well thats cool thanks for nothing and went back to my car to leave. He followed me out saying leave it and he'll do it around 6 and to come back for it AT 8PM and he'll give me a discount I said no thanks to leaving it but ill be back. He said okay then walked away to leave. My jeep being a jeep it wouldn't start because it was hot af so i said fuck it ill leave it. Took the key off walked to the guy I said ill be back at 7:00 he said no come at 8 IM GOING TO TAKE IT TO MY HOUSE AND BRING IT BACK. Fuck that you are not driving my shit he handed me the key back and walked away. Never will I be back or recommend this tint shop. read more

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND CHOOSE ANOTHER PLACE TO TINT YOUR WINDOWS! I called in today asking for pricing and Bryan told me that for tinting my windows would be 169$. I came in and he changed the pricing for 299.00 for all windows. I mentioned I had called Deluxe window tinting and they were charging $249.00 for all windows including windshield and he stated he would price match if I showed him the number that I had called so I did and he agreed on doing the job for that same price. Once I arrived to pick up my car my I noticed he threw on a visor that I DID NOT ASK FOR! He did not tint all my windows including windshield like he had agreed to in the first place. Now I paid for a job that isn't completed. I'm very upset how the visor looked and when I told him that he told me to remove it myself!!!! How am I going to remove it myself!?? DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!! Go to a professional to get them tinted! He did a lousy job on my new 2020 Nissan! read more

Horrible service! Long story short. I have an appointment at 12pm for tint but I show up at 11am to give the dude time. I show back up at the shop at 4pm and I find out the tint guy is gone for lunch and he took my keys with him. Werid right? But I brush it off and wait for him figuring the car was done atleast. One hour later dude still not back and I find out windows werent even tinted yet! By this time its 5 pm and still dont have my tint done. Definitely dont recommend this dude, very unprofessional. read more
